Dear HEB...
Change your sign at customer service.
Instead of saying "at your convenience ", i suggest removing the 'y' and saying "at OUR convenience ".
I've lost count how many times I have gone in this location needing to stop at customer service to find it "closed". One person clocking out said "someone should be here soon". Stood there for over 5 minutes, no one ever came around. Yes, that WAS my cart in the pictures. I only wish now I had it loaded with frozen goods (and i was set to buy a cart full) so I could have abandoned it like you do this position.
I do not care HOW busy you are, there should always be someone at this position. If the store is open, customer service is open. Are you looking for help at this position? I know someone looking for a job.
Guess I'll take my money and business down the road. Guarantee Wal Mart has someone at customer service for a gift card and tge items i needed to buy. Probably for less too.

First impressions: Exceptional Grocery Experience!
Since moving to the area (from Bexar County) roughly 3 weeks ago, my family and I have been incredibly impressed with this H-E-B location. It’s clear they take immense pride in providing the best for their customers. The store is always clean, organized, and well-stocked, offering just about everything we could need.
What truly sets this location apart, though, is the employees. Everyone we’ve encountered has been genuinely friendly and engaging, from the helpful staff on the floor to the spirited cashiers who make checkout an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Their level of care and attentiveness reminds me of the refreshing and invigorating experience of shopping at a well-maintained Whole Foods (I’m originally from Virginia).
This store has quickly become our go-to for all our grocery needs. The team’s hustle and dedication to maintaining the store’s functionality and customer satisfaction are truly commendable. We’re thrilled to have this H-E-B in our new neighborhood!

Lots of room to move around, & plenty of scooter buggies for those of us who aren't able to walk through this huge store. The only thing missing is a restaurant (which they only have at the HEB+ stores). The parking lot is far better than the nightmare one in Schertz, too. Welcome to Cibolo HEB! The fresh soups are fabulous, and sushi lovers will be impressed by the fresh dishes they make here (you can even ask for customizing).

Great prices. Amazing variety of produce and I love their meal simple meals. I use these when I’ve had a long workday and I wanted something to just put in the oven, as a bonus they are delicious. Store is very clean and the employees are always nice and welcoming.
