Great small store, clean and organized.
Customer service not too friendly. There is one lady who even when I have said thank you and smile she just stares with attitude. We can do better Goodwill.

A little after five I went there to donate some really good items that were very hard to part with as they all had meaning to them I got tired of giving away my stuff just to anybody so I was hoping that maybe someone else's stuff could be someone else's necessity so I parked in the back and a lady with her hair in a ponytail, half shaved blonde hair with tattoo on the back of her legs and cut off shorts was the rooted person I think I ever come Across she is mad at the world or something. The guy that got out of his car to donate a picture that had a flower on it. She was rude to him as well. I decided because of her poor attitude I didn't want to just donate these things that were hard to part with so I decided to go to a different area to donate but I let her know kindly pay ma'am thank you but I'm just going to go ahead and go elsewhere . She completely ignored me and then I got upset and I said you know what ma'am I don't know what your deal is, but you are the rudest person I've ever come across and she still did not say anything and ignored me. The guy just stared at her and disbelief. You guys have got to do better and stop giving anybody and everybody a job this place is to help people.

Yikes. First of all, this plaza is in a horrible spot where you fight traffic to both get in and out of the plaza. I've been to Goodwills all over San Antonio and Austin, and several in-between but I've never seen such outrageous prices as this particular location. Every decor item I wanted to buy was $8-12 each and definitely not worth even half of that. I was disappointed and walked out with nothing. The check out line made zero sense. Customers were arguing about where the line was supposed to start. The only good thing about this location was that it seemed clean.

Went to donate some clothes with no assistance from the multiple staff nearby. Walked up to the lady and politely asked her if they accept military uniforms and she rudely told me "We accept everything." After I was done I asked if I could get a receipt. She then sighed and looked at me as if she was annoyed and told me "We don't do receipts." Pretty sure she was racist as she went to go assist the other customer with a much more polite demeanor.Worst experience I've had at a Goodwill and this lady in particular definitely doesn't deserve to work if she can't get along with everyone.

Prices are just stupid now. I can buy it new for less. This was a used donated item and you do a 100% mark-up.
