Had a timing belt replaced on may wife's car. Pedro did his due diligence every step of the way. Conveniently scheduled and called me regularly with updated (yes, he called me, the cutomer), also saved me money in the long run with recommended honest maintanence while the car was pulled apart.This shop will continue to have my buisness!

My experience with German Motors Werks was exceptional. When my daughter's VW Beetle had an oil leak, Pedro's professionalism was evident. I have never experienced such exceptional customer service at an auto repair shop in my life. The lead mechanic quickly identified the problem, showed me where the faults were, explained the repair process, and got the car back to me faster than other auto shops I’ve taken my cars to for the same issues. The costs for parts and labor were honest and very reasonable. I could tell he was a master of his craft that took pride in his work.When I had another problem with my car (small component of a warrantied part failed), he spent an entire day trouble shooting and fixed the problem the same day. It was something that only a very thorough and experienced mechanic could find.German Motor Werks is hands down the best!

I've had my 15 GL63 AMG in for repairs and definitely much better option than going to the dealership. Great that they also deal with extended warranty so they handled everything professionally.

Wow! I feel so lucky to have found Pedro and Mayra at German Motor Werks. Pedro worked on my 2013 X1, that was overdue for service, and performed needed service and repairs promptly and reasonably. His shop services VWs too, so I am taking my VW in next. It feels wonderful to have found a professional auto shop that I can trust for ongoing care of my vehicles.
