Came in for an inspection, waited 30 minutes for something that should take 10-15 at most. They put the wrong information on the inspection paperwork, had to go back and get it fixed. Waited another hour and a half for them to fix the paperwork. Overall not pleased with how long I had to wait for a mistake they made.

This place was a total waste of time. I went there yesterday for a simple state inspection and the gentleman informed me that I would have to make an appointment? He made the appointment for today at 4:30pm and when I showed up for my “appointment” he informed me that the state inspector had “dipped out.”

Be cautious when going in to get your alignment checked and/or getting an alignment. Also, watch out for vague deals offered to you. I went in to get alignment checked prior to alignment. Was led to believe the alignment check would be deducted if an alignment was needed and I paid for it. Otherwise I would pay for the alignment check. Check was done and I needed an alignment. I was given an offer to save 40 additional dollars on the lifetime alignment if I applied for a Firestone card. In addition to the 20 dollar coupon anyone can use. Invoice was emailed and I reviewed when I got home. The alignment check fee was still on there so I called to request that be refunded. After 25 minutes on the phone with the representative, I was lectured about how good of a deal I got. The issue here is being mislead. The employee refused to refund the alignment check fee and acted like I should be thankful for the deal I received. Also had grease on my arm rest, plastic and cloth. Called 2 other Firestone shops and neither one charged fee to check alignment if you go forward with an actual alignment. At this point no way I could recommend this business.

Please please DO NOT go to this location! Had oil pan seal replaced on my 2005 honda odyssey. Dropped off said would take end of day. By 3 hours later still hasn’t been done. Manager calls me says I have a leak on top. I said yes I know. Told him to do gasket only. Then 6 hours later calls again(still hasn’t done gasket) there is a leak where bolt goes to oil pan. I’m like how? (Still hasn’t done gasket) That’s from over tightening and you all are only ones who do my oil changes! So now I have to buy bottom of oil pan. More money!! He orders another bottom pan. Gets delivered-calls me again. It’s almost closing time. The new pan has a crack in it. I’m like at this point OMG! He says-sometime tomorrow hopefully will be here. Next day comes. Never received a phone call from them. Ten minutes before closing says my van is ready. I responded with, it’s ten minutes till you all close! I won’t be able to make it by that time. Employee says, okay we will keep it in shop overnight. I said, yes you’re gonna. Half day job now 2 days later with no updates! Only time they called was to find a way to make more money! Day three. Pick up van. Didn’t check their work, which you should “always” check anyone’s woke after picking up your vehicle! Your paying for it. If you have no knowledge let them walk you through what they did. Its their job! Few days go by, I was busy, decided to pull over and check their work. Take out dip stick to oil. Long behold…gasket maker on dip stick. Yup! Gasket maker inside my engine! Of coarse I cleaned it off! Called them immediately. Argued with manager about it. He said it should be fine, made it seem as if nothing would happen. I’m like “huh”! No I’m bringing it in and you are doing to redo-clean the oil filter and flush out engine! Took it over. They did multiple flushes(who knows how many at this point) didn’t even check the oil filter trap inside oil pan at all! This trap filter is to catch larger debris which should never be in your oil or engine! The manager at this location along with employees can not be trusted on any vehicles. Manager told me tech “forgot” to take out dip stick prior to doing the gasket! Only time will tell if my engine fails due this neglect!

Friendly and knowledgeable customer service at the front desk, Austin was great. I was given a fair quote and fairly accurate wait time (they actually finished hours earlier). My car was left in the same condition I dropped it off in. Everything was great.

Every visit is too eventful. Yesterday they never did the engine diagnostics, but insisted when scheduling they could fit it in. Said they only had 2 guys working who did that. I asked them not to rotate the tires, but they did anyway. They needed to unlock the spare tire, and found the key to the lock in the glove compartment, but then placed the key in another location without telling me. The last visit they said they rotated my tires, but they didn't...I had a new/replacement tire for the RR tire, and that same new tire was still there! They insisted they rotated the tires, however. They lost my extra splined lug nuts on another visit, took over a year to replace them as promised, but then ordered a different type, so now I have 2 types of splined lugnuts which requires 2 different key chucks. Never had these issues at other Firestones. Cibolo location needs a major overhaul with staffing and professionalism. The location is convenient, but its always too eventful!

Horrible time management. Dropped off a vehicle at 7am for a oil change. Called around 330pm to check the status. Almost 9 hours and didn't even touch car yet.

First. This location is notorious for taking appointment times they cannot honor. It literally defies the point of setting an appointment. Twice I’ve been told my wait to even get to my vehicle would be well over two hours from scheduled appointment.
Second. They did not set my steering wheel square after alignment; that is part of a complete job. I should have been able to come back and had the adjustment made next day, first served. Instead, I had to set yet another appointment, in which they again could not honor, so I just left, and my steering wheel is still crooked.
This has been the case with this store multiple times and I’ve had it with this location.
