Yes, I've been using this store for the past couple years. I've seen it good I've seen it bad but yesterday I think is there any control I think what is absolutely the worst for business is to see somebody texting over the register or leaning on the counter reading text messages, then as the customers will there be anything else I find this very very unprofessional so I'll be going to visit a different store from now on I've given Store numerous chances but after what I saw yesterday no thank you I'll go somewhere else from now on, I think this is very unprofessionalleaning over register or leaning on the counter and texting, we are here to work not to text then I went to go get some beer in the fridge raider luckily I had a friend with me to help me around because I've got a bad ankle due to injuries. I required when I was in Afghanistan serving my country they put the boxes in front of the doors so you could barely open the door but like I said, luckily my friend was there to go into the cooler laying down and pick me up what I needed and the discounts for veterans I just don't understand. Sometimes the response I get but that's why not be going to this establishment anymore and I had to put a star to complete this review.

At first we really liked how convenient the location was from our house and the one employee that we always saw when we stopped .. but that unfortunately changed. We haven't been back in months. I went in looking for suggestion on a whiskey behind the counter for gifts since she told me she herself has had many different kinds and could help, and was not given really any suggestion or help she just was trying to get me to buy the most expensive bottles, I also realized I need to watch transactions and pricing at check out which is frustrating. This is a little place with only so much to choose from I hoped that they'd be a tad more friendly, personable, and helpful if need be and I just don't get that like I did at first therefor we haven't returned and don't plan too.

04/22/23 at 10:30 am. Clerks boyfriend came into the store and was being very obnoxious and inappropriate. He kept talking about how he wants his girlfriend to take over the shop, and very blatantly said “Get that money babe! This area is nothing but rich, white people”. The clerk did not say anything in response to his comment. I was very taken back by that comment, and as long as he is allowed in that store, I will not be back.

The employee on duty at 16:48 Thursday 16 February 2023 is extremely rude! Cashier #: 35-98037, according to receipt. I made a purchase which rang up nearly $5 higher than the posted price. When I mentioned this she proceeded to raise her voice, and in a snotty tone demanded to know if I'd like to do her job. Then proceeded to loudly explain how they weren't able to keep up with price changes and she refused to change the price to what was clearly posted. I paid it, because I was in a hurry. When I explained it was actually illegal, ( it's called "bait and switch), she got louder, even more rude and demanded I leave. I never raised my voice or was aggressive in any way, as their cameras will show. Been going here for years. Not any more. If you buy here, watch your prices! They ring up higher than posted, and somehow, it's the customers problem they aren't able to do their job properly. Worst employee experience in years, and we travel to other countries!! Just rude!!

Great variety. Wide selection from tasteful, aged spirits such as Glenlivet, Crown Royal, Corralejo Resposada, and Guinness to budget, rock gut booze like Clan McGregor, Old Crow, Montezuma, and Olde English 800.
