Stocked, even the day before Xmas they still had decorations and things for Xmas. They were already putting Valentine items out. It was busy but no lines. In and out.

I had been going into locations looking for graduation stuff, A location finally got some balloons in & I was told it’s better to purchase them while there here they may not be later and you can go to any location to have them blown up with your receipt.. ok fast forward to graduation day I went to Cibolo location to have the couple of balloons blown up with my receipt. I’m assuming the lady I spoke with is the mgr. She was very rude. She (Terry) said you would have to go back to the same store you purchased them from to have them blown up because they don’t have the helium like that. Well, mind you it was graduation day and it was hetic already and I didn’t have time to go there, I wish if that was true they would have told me the correct info when I bought them. So the lady said you can return things in store and exchange them out for something else. The words came out of her mouth I had my witness not only that but others in the store. I asked if I could return these and buy the ones you already have blown up and she refused to even do that! She told us it’s not in her inventory & that’s the reason she couldn’t exchange! (Say what) These are all dollar tree locations not dollar general, not family dollar!
I called & I went into other locations and some say yes you can go to different stores for helium & others said no and explained. All but this location said you could have returned/exchange the unblown up balloons at any location. So DM -Mr. Rowland very disappointing to how this location treats its customers! (All locations need to be trained accordingly on the procedures so everyone is on one accord! Can save time, money, gas, headaches & rudeness from the workers.

Super clean store, all the staff were helpful and friendly. Justin was especially kind and helpful!They have some $3 and $5 items. The squishmallow suprise minis were a $5 item. All the other items are $1.25. Pictured is mini moon pies, and mini Disney plush.Plenty of parking in the lot, and they stay open till 10pm.
