“I don't live on this side of town... but I walked into this Dollar Tree store on FM 78. I was blown away. It is by far.... the cleanest and most organized Dollar Tree/Dollar General type of store I have been inside of. Extremely friendly staff... and the store... my goodness so clean and organized... I can't say that enough. My hat's off to the management and staff.”

“So I spend a fair amount of time in dollar stores because while sometimes the bargains are not actually the deal you bargained for, I just like the overall feel of most of them. Dollar General isn’t favorite. Every time I see one I haven’t been in before, I have to go in. Anyway, I’ve been to this one many times before and while I’ve always had pretty good experiences with the employees in all of them, today one of the employees was kind to me in a way I really needed and you don’t see much of anymore. I’m really struggling financially right now, every day is a fight to have shelter, food…well I was short on my bill and instead of voiding everything out or looking down on me, she just covered the difference out of her pocket.To her and to whoever might read this…you might think little stuff like that doesn’t matter much but I can tell you, when you’re trying to do the right stuff but it seems like everything is still going wrong, when you’re hungry and you feel ashamed because you can’t seem to get it together like other people have, and when you really just need somebody to just be a little nice to you…and somebody blesses you like that…yeah, it matters. You never know…one small gesture might be what keeps somebody hanging onto hope, however threadbare it feels to them.So thank you for being nice to me today, Kind cashier from DG, please know it made all the difference cuz I really needed it.Also this store is always very clean, pretty well stocked and checkout is not too slow, relative to the lines in most dollar stores. “Never disappoints when I shop DD’s Discounts. You can always find something you love. I buy all of my linens to include bedding, curtain etc. At this price you can afford to switch them out more and there’s a huge variety of soft, fluffy blankets. Makes great gifts for any occasion. The staff are super friendly and the manager is hands down is one of the reasons I keep going back. He is always singing and interacting with customers and remembers you when you return. Go check it out!”

“I work near this location so I'm here often. Every time iv come in its clean and organized nothing like the rest of them in town. Not sure if its the manager but who ever keeps up with this location does a damn good job.”
“My neighborhood DG is on 7430 tarrasa San Antonio, TX 78239. I love shopping there. Especially when Tabby is working. She is always welcoming, and very knowledgeable and always goes out of her way to be helpful. She helped me set up the DG app on my phone. “I would like to recognize Ms. Valencia for her great service when I walked into the Dollar Tree in Schertz to buy some birthday supplies. She immediately asked if she can help with me with some mylar balloons. It's a Saturday and the register lines were longer than usual. In addition, there were a few people already in line to get more balloons. She proceeded to help everyone with a courteous and polite attitude. She worked fast and got everyone what we came for and checked us out so we can get on with our day. Great employee! We'll definitely be back to shop here.”

“This DG is close to home which is really convenient for us and the cashier I usually see is so friendly. When I was heavily pregnant he would help me load things into my car when I needed help. Only down-side is that sometimes the line can get kinda long, but that's with any DG. They have a self-checkout that is supposedly going to be up & running soon which should help! Another odd thing to add is that they check 20 dollar bills (and up) very often, but I believe that is being enforced by management.”
“Nice staff as I said before, however, I would ask you to verify the prices you are being charged at the register compared to what price is shown on the shelf. On several occasions I was charged a different price than was shown for items on their shelf price tag. One time it was because the count per box was different and they didn't sell the item listed on the price tag in the quantity shown. Then today same item, new price tag on the shelf and the item scanned for $.25 more. I showed them a photo I snapped of the price on the shelf but they didn't believe me. They went and looked and came back and corrected my price on the items I bought. I am not saying anything other than double check that you are charged the same price as what they listing it for.”

Family Dollar has a nice variety of everything that you need for your home, kitchen, office or for yourself. This store is kept clean too! I hadn't been to one of these in such a long time. “Super clean store, all the staff were helpful and friendly. Justin was especially kind and helpful!They have some $3 and $5 items. The squishmallow suprise minis were a $5 item. All the other items are $1.25. Pictured is mini moon pies, and mini Disney plush.Plenty of parking in the lot, and they stay open till 10pm.”
