“While my wife and I visited Kohl's (Selma, TX) again to buy her another summer dress and when asked about a Kohls credit card because of additional savings , I had one but it has not been used in years, thus the account was closed, so I applied for one, the cashier (Linda) assisted me (made it easy for me as she loaded all the information in the system). Of course, it came back approved, what surprised us was that I had a voucher in the Kohls system and the store gave us two additional discounts (one being a new member and the other it's customer appreciation week), WOW some discounts, we were very happy when we left. This does not happen very often!”
“It’s like Tractor supply and Boot Barn had a baby named Murdoch but Cabelas step up and raise the baby leaving Boot Barn as the baby daddy fighting for custody.”

Eddie in the sunglasses section helped us cut off the tags of her new purse right after we had bought it (so polite and helped her get more comfortable). Tyrese of the janitorial crew helped us open closed doors on the way out of the BX. These people were amazing, memorable and I eternally appreciate them.”

“I was shopping at the JCP at Rolling Oaks. My husband was with me, he walks with a cane, recovering from a stroke. I was going into a Fitting Room and was looking for a chair for him to sit momentarily. No chair to be found. I asked him to stand and wait for a minute, I was only trying one thing on. Out of nowhere a young lady by the name of Amy walked up with a stool! A big shout out to Amy! It took some stress off me knowing that my husband was temporarily okay. What an amazing young lady! I should have gotten her last name. She needs to be recognized for her customer service and compassion! Please! She just so happened to check me out, as well, upper level checkout. I thanked her, again! What a wonderful experience! Thank you JCP!”

“The manager, Bambi, and the staff greatly care for the residents. Safety is a priority, and the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Crime is very minimal here. The truth is there is no apartment complex in America. That does not have some crime. Gated or not. What I can say is there are no violent crimes that happen here. No Street thugs or shady folks walking around. Cars have been broken into, but it's few far and in between. If you own a Kia or Hyundai, it's not a matter of if, more like when. Don't be upset at the apartment complex; be mad at the poor security your car manufacturer provided. I have kids, and I highly recommend living here.”

“Ausha made this experience the best Ross experience ever! I have never seen such a hard and friendly worker who knows what she’s doing and enjoys her job like she does. It was packed to the brim and she speedily got people through the lines while still being very friendly and still greeting customers walking in the door. “This is my favorite Walmart New Braunfels. I find the store clean and many items you can’t get at other grocery stores. Friendly employees. Runs out of stock as some things go fast. Prices are good on a lot of items. Some not so. Produce and bakery department is fresh and well kept.”
“I was behind the lady who was behind the rude lady that was yelling at the very sweet coworker. We both gave our apologies for her and ended up having a very sweet conversation! She is definitely trying her absolute best and we as fellow humans should treat other worker like humans as well! Naomi was very nice and smiled through the line even after dealing with that mess. She is so knowledgeable and efficient, I don't know how she keeps up with with how busy it can get some times but she does, and is so pleasant to boot. “My fiancé and I recently moved to New Braunfels, TX and needed to shop for several necessary items. Upon visiting Walmart, we were greatly appreciative of the awesome service and friendly staff. In particular, Customer Service Rep Jose happily assisted us immediately, lifting a heavy cabinet onto a cart and taking it to the front for us. Also, we stopped at the deli counter and was greeted by an awesome Deli Clerk and his new assistant (sorry, I didn't get their names) who chatted with us and made us feel so welcomed to New Braunfels. We will definitely be shopping there again!”
