I’ve never been a fan of CVS. It’s always something. My most recent issue was the fact that they wouldn’t replace a liquid medication they clearly didn’t package properly. Instead I have to wait to have my doctor represcribe the medication, and I have to pay for it again.

They'll close the pharmacy before the posted time. I couldn't get my migraine meds because they brought down the cages before 8pm.

This is my pharmacy, plus they have an app so if you want to see the sale and coupons. I wanted Cocofloss but it wasn't in store. So I went online and used my coupon great price!

I would give no stars. Ppl stand around talking. Paying no attention to customers. Service is slow when they aren't busy. Wild. Jerk each other off on your own time. Touch tips after work. It's unfortunate it's the newest, closest CVS near me.

Prescriptions are never ready on time and often they do not have the medication in stock. Customer service is poor and staff is rude. Pharmacist K. Johnson was unprofessional and rude today and so it was the last straw! I used this pharmacy for more than a year, enduring and overlooking the never-ready-on-time scripts and poor customer service. Too many other pharmacies in the area to continue using his one. If I could no stars, I would!

The store is great, but I always have problems with the pharmacy. Some of the staff have been rude, and picking up my prescriptions has been confusing. Sometimes, I get notifications that my prescriptions are available, and sometimes I don't.

I watched the Pharmacy Tech chuck my meds at the drive-thru window from the other side of pharmacy while sipping his Mountain Dew from across the pharmacy room. 20 mins later he comes up to the window to charge me full price of the meds because he didn’t run my insurance the correct way.I really didn’t have the energy to argue with him so I just paid….Parked, walked in the store & ask another tech to run the meds through my insurance & ended up getting back a FULL refund.
