After our home flooded we were referred to Crown Restoration. They sent a team out immediately. Josh and Damian were great! They removed all the damaged flooring and materials right away. They were professional and knowledgeable. Thanks guys for doing a great job and taking care of our home.

After our home was flooded at 530a.m., we called our insurance company who then told us we needed to call a mitigation company to help dry the house out and attend to everything else that would follow. Crown restoration is a full-service company meaning that from the time you're home or business is flooded they will have a team out there ASAP to get the machines in to get the drying process started and to assess exactly how much water damage there is and what would need to be done. They will tailor everything to your needs!When I initially called a lady named Trish help me out. She was able to calm me down, she made me feel like everything was going to be okay. We discussed everything and it was 5:30 in the morning but it didn't matter they had a team to my home within a couple of hours.Josh came in with someone else and they brought in these huge dehumidifiers. They had these amazing gadgets and they were able to see exactly how much moisture had gotten in and under the floors and into the walls etc. They were extremely knowledgeable and efficient very professional!My fiance and I are animal rescuers, we care for many fur babies in our home so this was extremely devastating and was going to become a huge undertaking! We were stressed our animals were stressed we had been up almost 36 hours prior to this happening and I was so fearful of so many things but they handled everything with the insurance company we didn't have to worry about that at all. When the team showed up to do what is called a pack out (because we had a lot of things) and the floors had to be taken out the gentleman all came in. Jerry Newman the owner and Trish had called upon Rex and his contents team to come in and help us pack. They put everything into a climate-controlled storage for us. From the moment Rex and his team came in Rex could see that I was extremely stressed out and he did everything he could to ease my mind and try to bring my stress levels down. At first, before they got here I had no idea what to expect... I did not feel like I was ready: this experience with the flood had me feeling so out of control, but Rex came in and just calmed me down. I mean this was a traumatic experience and the entire team was beyond respectful and empathetic. They took the time every time to explain everything and I felt so much better.Having so much on our plate there were two occasions where the guys came to work on the pack out and we weren't quite ready but Rex and his team never made us feel bad at all even though I was embarrassed, I felt like I wasted their time when they came to work they absolutely assured me that that was not the case they were extremely kind.Rex and his contents team were extremely respectful. Not once did anyone accidentally let any of the cats or our two dogs out of the house. They always wiped their shoes, hung up their coats and made sure doors were always closed behind them. They were always motivated and had great positive attitudes . They offered to help as much as they could with everything especially in the master bedroom where we all have a lot of personal things it could be very embarrassing possibly to have people in your space like that but I didn't feel uncomfortable at all everybody was very respectful.I'd hate for anyone to ever have to go through what we are going through but God forbid it does happen I hope you all do call Crown restoration they will absolutely take care of you and your family.

Crown did a wonderful job. They were very prompt and professional. We had several estimates, and I felt like crown did the most detailed inspection and truly did all of the work that insurance was going to require in order to pay for the job. They came every day to check the moisture readings as they said they would. They also called ahead of each of these times and didn’t just show up which was appreciated. Their time frames were also accurate. They stated 3 to 5 days to dry from the water damage and it took exactly 3 days. They also provided the name with a reconstruction person who was able to come the same day. All in all I would use them again without question. Juan came to my house in the middle of the night when I had an emergency leak and got to work right away. He and his team were very professional the entire time and did a great job explaining everything to me. They made a disaster in my home seem bearable and I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Juan and his crew from Crown came out on the weekend and got straight to work. He explained every step of the way. Very professional and gave me peace through this process. He showed up on time everyday he needed to come out. He always kept the area clean when he left. I appreciate that! The quality of service was just awesome!! I highly recommend and will use them again! Looking forward to the second half of Crown to restore(I think it’s going to be better) my laundry room. Might even do some upgrades through them. Let’s go!!!

Our experience with Crown Restoration was phenomenal! We had a water leak in our kitchen that they were able to come out and diagnose at 11 PM at night (within an hour of my initial call). Right from the beginning, Juan led a very thorough mitigation process. And then Darin, the project manager for the reconstruction phase, did an amazing job with putting the house back together. He did an incredible job of responding quickly to any concerns I had, and just made us feel like he was on our team. He was respectful, knowledgable, and very flexible when it came to any road block in the project. He always had a solution that would work for all parties whenever we hit a snag in the project. I could not have had a better experience working with Darin! Also, the technician that did some of the flooring repair, Daniel, was top notch. He is one of those down to earth, hard working individuals that completes his work like he is doing work in his own house. He doesn't cut corners, and isn't there just to get the project done as fast as possible. Overall, would highly recommend Crown Restoration, they have a smooth process and they work well with insurance, and they treat their customers with a lot of respect!

So so thankful of Crown Restoration for their quick response time, care and quality treatment.When we were moving into our home we had just purchased, we walked in to a puddle of water dripping from the ceiling! Talk about a new homeowner’s worst nightmare. Chris and Tom were there in an hour, checking out the damage and assessing everything to ensure the right course of action. It was after hours on a Sunday and they made sure they didn’t leave until all the damage was addressed, all the equipment was set up properly, and we were well informed of what was going on. AND ON TOP OF THAT they continued to check on the progress throughout the week to make sure there was progress being made. Wow! Tom was very communicative about the situation and all that was happening to fix it. We were so incredibly lucky to have found a company like this in our time of need.The level of professionalism, dedication to their clients, and quality work we witnessed with Chris, Tom, and Crown Restoration was top notch. Cory and his team were amazing, they tackled a complex mess that many other companies would have been afraid of. They have an amazing team, with great human values, and a strong financial background so they can handle all services without bothering the clients until they settle the mess. It's amazing to watch their team at work, they show up right in the middle of chaos to bring order and a friendly smile, to let you know it will all be okay. We were happy and lucky to work w them and wish more people would trust them. We heard so many other stories about other people's experiences, I will state they are by far the best possible scenario in all other stories we heard. Thank you for your good work and high ethical values.Wish I had the final pictures to show but this is what they were able to help us remove, years and years of damage so we can have a fresh and clean start to put it all together and enjoy the home.Service: Plumbing

Dristen did a great job when we had a leak coming from the wall from our dishwasher. It unfortunately cause a lot more damage than I expected. He went through the process throughly and had the demo and drying completed quickly. When this was being worked on the reconstruction team came by and stared to work with me and my insurance to restore my house to gown it was before. Bret and Betty were great to work with and helping me with my insurance claim for the reconstruction. It looks like nothing bad happened to my kitchen and my wood flooring... which had to be the whole house.
