We adopted our cat Tony last week from these guys! He had ear mites and they made sure he was properly treated before we took him home and kept me up to date on his treatment. Adoption process was easy. We love our Tony!

Saw a husky get hit and keep running as there animal control truck sat in the Autozone parking lot for around 10 minutes

I cant say enough about Janette and everybody there. They are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to match you with a pet. And the animals there actually receive love and affection. I found a dog there she is amazing and perfect for me. Thank you for all you guys do.

The best shelter I've ever visited! Before I even fostered a dog, they made sure that they would be compatible with my dog/cats. It's obvious right off the bat that they spend a lot of time getting to know each animal in their care.While they are a smaller shelter, it's impressive what they are able to do with all of their resources ?

The Cibolo Animal Services staff are very professional and attentive to the residents ! The staff display their kind heart and love while providing a safe, clean, healthy environment, while engaging with the residents! (Residents are those animals provided with professional services, with a touch of love ❤️!)

I found a lost dog, took him to the Cibolo animal services, they were very welcoming and caring. Animals are very lucky to have such a caring staff.

Small shelter, great staff and even greater furry friends. They definitely care for them and do the best they can. Every dog and cat I had the pleasure of meeting were friendly and very happy! From what I’ve seen, they do take donations as well (worth a call beforehand I don’t want to misinform)

When i got there I wasn't sure where to park, whether outside the fence or inside. There was someone who told me to park inside next to the rosebushes. They came and talked to me & asked me what I was needing. Although they could not help, they gave me resources and wrote them down for me as well so that I could get my situation handled.

In last year have started using mobile vet clinic (Vanguard).They have a calendar online of locations and prices are more reasonable than vetrinarians. This was first time to this location but a nice alternative to Bandera or 1604 traffic wise.

Hard to find but the people really seem to care. The facilitys aren't great but they work with what there given. It sucked I had to pay to get my dog back because my neighbor couldnt simply call the number on his collar but, if the money helps keep the doors open I'm glad to do it.
