Caliber Collision at this location is fantastic! I was really impressed with their service from start to finish. The entire staff was awesome, and a special shout-out goes to Nicole, who made the experience even better. She kept me updated throughout the process and checked in regularly, which I really appreciated. My car was returned in a timely manner, and the quality of work was superb—it looked brand new! I highly recommend this location and their team!

Randall and Ray were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They provided accurate timeframes and detailed information about what needed to be repaired. Caliber worked with my insurance directly so I barely had to be involved.

They were able to finish my car before the estimated time, washed the inside and outside of my car and bring the car to my house when I was unable to get it!

I have had the misfortune of having 2 car accidents this year with different cars and both times my family and I were amazed by the repair results. I will tell my family and friends to use this place for any future repairs needed on their vehicle if they ever get in a car wreck.

Staff was great. Provided a complete estimate which included a completion date. I was texted daily with progress updates. Vehicle was completed several days prior to the estimated date. Car looked good as new. Very happy with the process and completed product. Strongly recommend Caliber.

I don’t have plans to bring my vehicle back as no one wants to have their car fixed because of an accident accident but if I knew someone that was in need of having their car repaired, I would wholeheartedly 100% Caliber collision off of FM 1103 CIBILO, TEXAS! From the moment I stepped into the building to The day I got my car back, everything was absolutely perfect!! The people that work there are extremely friendly!
