I recently found a receipt from this place and had forgotten that I had my car inspected for $9. I was so happy to find an auto shop that was not taking advantage of people and charging $25 and up for inspections, as is the official inspection station in universal City. Will definitely do business here again. The service was expedient and professional, the people who work here were friendly.

Drove four hours to San Antonio and arrived way before closing time and they would not take my haul rental dolly because they did not have room. They had plenty of room.Just flat unhelpful and useless.

Bottom line: they may be able to get the job done eventually, but this sloppy, unprofessional business with frustrate you and waste your time either way.Full story: Had an unrepairable flat. Brought it to this place trying to help out a small business. He said he didn't have the tire, and then took me on a painful tour of his shop to show me every tire that he had and how none was the right one. He did tell me he could match the tire and that it may be in that day, next day latest. He spent another painful 30 minutes on the computer, apparently unfamiliar with his system, and had to check the tire no less that four times, going outside to look at it each time, in order to verify its details. Only *after* he charged me for the tire did he remember the day of the week and said that they may not get it the next day after all (Saturday). He said he'd call with an update. He didn't. I called a few minutes before they called and they had to check to see if it had come in. It hadn't. I had to call them again on Monday to get a status update. Again, it hadn't come in. He made excuses that the warehouse got a new driver and that they'd moved to a new place, muttering about eminent domain. The next day the tire did come in and they did call and left a message. I called back and I asked them if they were free to do it right away. He said they were and so I was there within five minutes. Of course, after I got there and checked in, he started a new inspection before taking my car back, making me wait (outside on a cold December day) another 40 minutes after waiting five days. Why am I waiting outside? Because half the people inside (employees and, apparently, their family members hanging around) aren't wearing masks. I really tried to be patient because I do know it's had right now with COVID, but if you use this business you will regret it. I really never complain. This is the only negative review I've ever written. Fair warning.

If it was possible to give zero Stars, I would. This place advertised that through integration of the business across the street, that they repair / sell / offer services for lawn mowers as well. I took my lawn mower up there in April. Throughout the course of three weeks and $120 (different price than originally qouted) later, I was told that my engine was no good after being told that I needed a new carburetor, air filter, Etc. When I went to pick it up finally, the gentleman offered me another lawn mower for $80. He told me that he tested in himself, he cut the yard himself, and everything was new including the carburetor. After I purchase, and take it home,
GUESS WHAT??
It shut down? I took it back the first week of May. I've been up there several times and today I finally decided just to pick it up as I could sell it for parts or repair it myself and get a quick results than I would depending on them.
I and very understanding that things come up, miscellaneous factors play A Part, and even deadlines on other items such as the Vehicles needed to get done. But the fact that I was never reached out to and I had to take time from work or figure out a way to go get an update on a product sold to me and verified by Jesse or whoever, I feel terrible customer service.
I passed, made eye contact with him and after pulling in for the update, he was gone.
I don't know if I would classify this spot is A1 service. I would advise to go to YouTube or elsewhere.
Prices are random numbers punched in on a calculator, and the communication skills are.........
If u had a different experience and it was positive, awesome, for $200 total, mine sucked and so does this place.
