Brian Schronk never made things right with my family after he messed up a power steering gearbox replacement on a 2002 F250 7.3 4x4 (which is one of the easiest trucks to put a steering gearbox into). He put the wrong fluid in the system, stripped a hydraulic line fitting on the gear box. Installed a faulty gearbox with a blown output shaft seal, and where the gearbox mounts to the frame, one bolt was hardly more than finger tight. When driving the truck into town from his shop, I lost all brakes and lost power steering on the twin bridges, when the system ran dry due to all the leaks. He never made it right, never returned any money for labor, and kept moving back dates (at one point said a month) on when he could fix his major mistakes, that could have killed me or my family. Since he wouldn't fix his mistakes, I went and bought a new steering gear box, new hydraulic line since he messed the fitting up, filled the system with the correct fluid, bled the system, and havnt had a problem with the system since. So my family spent more than $1K+ with him so they could use the truck while I was out of state, then I had to spend another $400 bucks in parts to do it correctly when I got back to Texas. Apparently Brian Schrock wasn't capable of doing the work.Service: Steering/Suspension

Called to get my truck fixed with a coolant leak. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair price and got it taken care of quickly. The kicker was the customer service as well. Wasn't around at the time and they helped my wife with pickup and delivery. Above and beyond what was expected. I appreciate the honest repair and straight forward approach. Will be returning for repairs again outside my wheelhouse.
