A huge shout out to Greg and his team, who helped me out of a tough and awkward situation. While transporting my deceased dog to God's Creatures, I got lost and turned into a business across the street from their business. I drove over a culvert and thought I'd have to be towed. I was stuck in the culvert in front of a day care. With my dead dog in a box. One of their workers came out and suggested that I call China Spring Lube and Service, which was across the street. Greg came over and figured out how to help me. He and one of his employees jacked up my car and got it out of the culvert. I mentioned that I had heard a weird noise under my car. They figured it out, put it on the ramp and fixed it quickly. Even though I don't live that near them, I may need to make this my new mechanic. Also shout out to the many China Spring residents who stopped to see it I was okay.

Fixed my tire, but missed one of the leaks and it was flat by morning. Need to make sure they check the entire tire.

Over priced asked them to fix my window motors only for them to break again a few months later took my car to get it fixed after breaking down found a wrench left on top of the engine when I opened the hood breaks down again not 2 weeks after. When my dad took his Yukon in to get work done they assume took it for a “test” ride cause they left fast food trash inside it.

Stay away from this place! Both the owner and his right hand guy both need to learn how to speak to a customer when there is a concern on the outcome of the repair! They right hand guy called me and without any type of reasonable or professional approach —immediately started yelling and cussing that I had incorrectly made a claim they damaged my vehicle when they jacked the car!! Well, they did damage my vehicle on the front left fender when they jacked the vehicle!! Plus, after driving off I quickly discovered the radio and the clock do not work, due to their lack of knowledge and not doing operation checks on verifying the repair! I was forced to pay the bill since I was threatened if I left the vehicle on their lot I would be charged 20 bucks a day! Very disappointing to be treated that way in a small community like China Spring.

The definition of honest repair shop. Needed a tire balance and rotation and. Come to find out my tires were shot. They didn't charge me for what they did do just asked for me to come back for future service needs. They won my business for sure as soon as i get back state side.
