China spring collision is kind, respectful, and care about their customers and employees. I had a collision where I was hit by a deer causing damage to my front bumper and radiator; they had me in the service line quick, parts were ordered and the price was great. They spoke with me and made sure I knew what was needed for my car and I am going to continue to recommend their services. Thank you China Spring Collision

Absolutely fabulous service! So pleased with our vehicle! We had severe hail damage and they worked closely with our insurance and got it all fixed up better than new! Robin in the office is so helpful and kind. We’ll be repeat customers for this shop, no doubt!

I wish I could give zero stars. Worst experience with a business we have ever had. I honestly don’t know why this business even owns a telephone as they NEVER answer it or call back even if you leave multiple voicemails. They have had our vehicle for nearly a year and keep stringing us along about when it will be done. Now they are claiming we owe them $1600 more than originally told and they won’t release the vehicle until paid in full. Basically this body shop is a fraud and scam. Beware beware beware!

I called China Spring Collision for information regarding a claim filed for a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. Robin was very helpful and extremely understanding of my frustration. If I'm ever in need of collision repairs, they will be the first ones I go to. Thank you Robin!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I can't say enough positive things about everyone who works there! They want to fix your car right! They will fight with insurance companies to get the correct cost for repairs no matter how long it takes! It's the only place that I will take my vehicle to when I'm near Waco! Customer and friend for life!

Highly recommend!James was honest and transparent with me about our car that was totaled due to the hail storm. He went into detail about every aspect from insurance to repairs. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

This is the best place in Waco if you need to repair your car. People working there are very friendly and professional, but above all, they are very honest! (Unfortunately this quality does not abound.) In both cases I asked their help, they gave me options and tried to find the least expensive ones for me (even if it hurt their commercial interests).
