I was driving through Childress on my way home to Aurora, Colorado when my tie rod came loose and fell off my van. The Carrs were able to put on another one in a matter of minutes. Great service and the customer service was excellent. They are worth going to.

We sprung a radiator leak on a Sunday morning. Google said Carr's was open so I called. They didn't answer the phone right away, but they both texted and called as soon as they could to make sure we were ok. I am VERY impressed with their responsiveness, courtesy and concern for folks when help is needed to fix a vehicle!
