That's because there was a lot of people there so they were trying to serve everybody which is good but you lose the quality of food”
“So this is my local neighborhood Sam's Club and while I usually avoid it at all costs because of overcrowding issues, traffic issues, and people doing really stupid things at the gas pumps, today I decided to get my kids pizza from Sam's Cafe.I placed my order through the app so that I wouldn't have to wait in line. I browsed the store for awhile, made my purchase, then worked my way to the cafe. The cafe had lines as far as the eye could see. I'd already placed my order and know that they'll usually shout your number when your order is ready, so I stood off to the side to wait.While waiting in line, there were three women that were loudly berating the women that worked in the cafe because, God forbid they had to wait like everyone else. One in particular kept yelling loudly at those of us standing off to the side that we'd all "ordered online" and that there was a line. Oddly enough, my order number was lower than theirs.Another woman was demanding to speak to a manager because she'd been waiting for 20 minutes (they were on order 87 and the complaining women were in the 100's.)Another was screaming in their faces that they needed to serve the online order's first and stop taking walk up orders.I wanted to leave this review to thank the women that work in the Sam's Club Cafe for their hard work. They were constantly running around without stopping and despite being massively behind on orders, being understaffed, and being harassed and berated, they didn't quit and they didn't snap on anyone.Working in food service is a thankless job and without them, no one would get their order.If Sam's Club management sees this review, I'd suggest either hiring more workers or getting rid of order through the app, because it's a nightmare for everyone on the weekend.”

“Great place to go and find products for cheap but you need to know what you are getting and don't buy things if it isn't a deal.I saw another review where they said it was overpriced because they went on a $10 day and they had toothpaste in the bins. Don't buy something like toothpaste on those days. Come back when it is a 25¢ day and get things like toothpaste.They dump a variety of items in the bins and those items will sit there all week. Naturally the more desirable products (regularly more $$) will go first. Then you can get things like soap, toothpaste, coloring books, movies, etc on the $1 or cheaper days.I purchased a paint gun to paint my house for $30. The same one is normally $250 in a regular store and it works great!The point of the story is to leave items in the bins for another day when you will get a good deal ?BTW for anyone new. Each week the prices change and which days are the higher or lower price. Best to go to their Facebook page to find out the days for that week or drop by the store.They do have another section of the building that has set prices for products but they aren't as good of a deal as the other area (but still good deals). It has a variety of things from cheap clothes, appliances, toys, shoes and more.Hope this helps, we love this place!”
