I went with an appointment to get my paper notarized. Not sure what the appointments are for if you still have to wait. When it was my turn the lady looks at my paper and says she can not notarize that paper there. I asked her why? She said because it had too many lines… I looked at her with a confused face. She then proceeds to tell me that the post office can notarize it for me.Not sure what is going on at this location but I have never experienced bad service at Wells Fargo before. At my regular location I always get greeted and helped right away. This location was quite the opposite.

Kicked me out of my safe deposit box. I had to scramble to find a new one , not near my location. Poor planning on their part. I think that they should have done this for their customers. Maybe I need to lower my expectations?

Update - ATMs continue to be out of service periodically I even after 2year of original post. This makes it extremely inconvenient. Finally deciding to switch to the credit union 8mins away

Lazy people!!! Refuse to do business. Want you to do everything online and make an appointment while they're not busy and sit there doing absolutely nothing. No social skills whatsoever. I see now why they have the reputation they have. 100% truth."Make an appointment to do business"BEYOND RIDICULOUS.I guess it's so time consuming and such a problem to do the job you're being paid to do.

Taneria (hope I spelled it correctly!), Gigi, and Erica are phenomenal ladies. After dealing with multiple branches, and being just over all frustrated and emotionally drained, these ladies made my day so much better. Taneria was SO kind and immediately willing to do everything she could to help. It was tough trying to close my late father's account, but all of you made the process so much easier.
