Wells Fargo is a joke of a bank and I will be closing my account out. I’m sick and tired of my purchases being declined because Wells Fargo wants to randomly pick purchases to call suspicious activity. If a bill is paid to a company every month from an account it’s not suspicious activity. It’s a reoccurring payment!!!! 2 years this bill has been paid every month from this account yet Wells Fargo decides to decline a payment arrangement citing suspicious activity. Now thanks to this I’m no longer eligible to use the payment arrangement option. Way to continuously screw over your clients. You’d think you guys learned a lesson after your big class action lawsuit. I’ve opened a capital one account and will be ending my relationship with Wells Fargo.

Whats the purpose for height limit. I was driving my truck and it was too tall to drive up to the ATM. So I ended up waiting an en extra long time to use the ATM. Thanks a lot!

Wells Fargo is a joke of a bank and I will be closing my account out. staff is very rude to be specific Jeanette Young went to try to open my teenage daughter her own bank account and this lady made it so complicated she was no help and specially rude asked her for her manager and she said hold on and come back with a business card, really? hope someone trains this lady what customer service is or just replace her she might need to retire already she looked like she was just too unhappy working. Wells Fargo step it up and check your employees you all just lost a customer here.
