The store is very neat. However there is a lady in the pharmacy dept by the name of jasmin who treats customers poorly. Ive witnessed her conduct and was treated poorly myself. I kindly asked this lady for a bag to put my medication so i can look around the store ,she said they didnt have bags but turned around and gave someone else a bag. So i told her i thought you didnt have any bags and she said well i guess i will give you one. I dont understand this behavior. I dont want to think this lady is selective with costumers to not say worst. I gave a one star because as good as this store is and how great the cashiers are this lady makes you have a bad experience.

I travel through out the USA and have used many Walgreens pharmacies and I have to say that this Walgreens pharmacy in Channelview , Texas is the best on customer service , courteous , prompt service , andprofessional people .This Walgreens should be used as a training tool on how to run a pharmacy in every category . !!!!!!!

Trying to get money that they had to return to my account, they just told me to wait a while, which I already waited long enough, so that money is already lost because they don't want to return it, so they said they want proof of my account status showing it and nothing bad service and the The people who helped me have not solved anything for me.

I had been dealing with high blood pressure for an extended time apparently and did not know it. I came in a couple times with my husband and was thankfully surprised when the pharmacist Andy took out the time to test me and explain the numbers to me and more. I made me think about another time about eight months ago he took out good time trying to help my daughter get a very needed medication. I really appreciate, good job Walgreens for hiring great staff

I didn’t plan to step on a nail on Memorial Day weekend, but it happened. I couldn’t remember my last Tetanus shot and considering the condition of the nail, I knew I had better get one and quick!I was able to limp into the pharmacy and get a Tdap shot for 60.00. This was a LIFESAVER, especially since I do not currently have health insurance! The access to this vaccine without having to go to an urgent care or emergency room was CRUCIAL for my health and budget.The pharmacist and technician were both super busy but kind, empathetic, and helpful!I am grateful to have access to medical professionals and services such as the ones at Walgreens.

Ordered a poster size print of my dad for his funeral tomorrow first guy to help me was really awesome offered to put the picture in the frame for me and then another guy with a blue shirt and blue eyes came up and told him he wasn't supposed to do that gave me a lot of attitude and told me he wasn't going to put it in there that's not something we do which I understand but don't be rude to customers and don't belittle your other employees in front of people do better.

The from employees was busy,2 mire people inside the pharmacy and nobody want help.I ask a I think is a nurse and she’s a rude person,I say please U have a medication for pick up and she say I busy and she didn’t busy. So is so rude and bad customer service ???????
