Bought a beautiful 2012 Peterbilt 367 with a brand new body. Drove it from Texas all the way home to NH with no problems. Truck was actually nicer than expected. I mean that. They take pride in the trucks they sell. It’s very evident. Thank you Chad!!!

CRAZY HOW THEY WONT RESPOND TO A BAD REVIEW.THEY EVEN HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER AND NOT EVEN 1CALL TO MAKE THIS RIGHT.LIARS AND LEMONS!!!! Unsafe!!They will tell you anything to get you to buy a truck.ROAD READY WITH INFRAME REBUILD ON A C15 550 IS WHAT I WAS TOLD.TURNS OUT TO BE A DOT OFFICERS WET DREAM.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF HERE!Turns out it's a 475hp c15 Cat not a 550hp CatKing pins badShocks badTie rod ends bad1 spring hanger hollowed outSpring bushings bad.2 brake canisters bad2 air houses to brake canister leakingTractor protection valve leakingRadiator fan blade hitting the AC compressor breaking the fan bladesOil leaks on both sides of the motor as well as the front on a advertised rebuilt C15.All 4 slack adjusters on drives bad and wouldn't hold adjustment.AC freezes upFuel tank dented and leaked even after asking the salesman if it leaked and him responding "no it doesn't"Mismatched aluminum rims on the outside drives steel wheels inside making the ability to check tire pressure impossible cause of valve stem position.Exhaust leak.AC unit on top of sleeper leaks when it rains and doesn't work.Oil and filters never changed before delivery.Fuel filters not change. Infact the water separator was so old the filter paper fell apart,pushed up through the filter and blocked the holes in the top of the filter.Airlines not being use are just cut and plugged off instead of removed.Electrical wiring not connected to anything.Drive shaft u-joints badSteering box badDoors will lock from the inside but not the outside. Infact the drivers door outside lock feel completely out of the door.Turbo badExhaust manifold crackedAbs wire harness burnt.Metal fuel line leaking.Transmission missing most bolts and about to fall put of the truck.Fan clutch bad.Bad Charged air cooler.Rear axle pumpkin cracked and leaking.Now after almost a year of being in and out of the shop it has cost my company about $60k in parts and labor not to mention all the lost revenue from all the down time in the shop.Found out the cab and sleeper don't go to the frame,the hood is a aftermarket 378 as well as the chasis being a 378. The sleeper and cab are from a 379. I know not much difference except the 378 cab is a little longer so the hood will never line up properly. However the problem comes when they run the vin# on the cad looking for the correct parts and they are wrong cause it's a 378 chasis with different part and part numbers.Now this is a edited post. Basically a update to all the things their so called mechanics should have noticed and replaced before the sale of the truck.Even as a edit post the LIARS never reached out to me to make things right.So if you want to buy a truck from what amounts to a buy here pay here commercial truck lot and have to dump thousands into it before you can even put it on the road then this is the place for you.I suggest you go somewhere else that aren't lying cheap skates..There are commercial truck dealers that are alot better than this terrible business.Now my purpose is to warn potential buyers about this place.And maybe this post will save you alot of money and a ton of headaches. And maybe just maybe this post will stop these predators from ripping off hard working truck drivers that are either adding another truck or the driver looking to start their own company.Now my hopes would be that this post would warn everyone and they will not deal with these people causing them to go out of business.People shouldn't have to sell garbage trucks like this to get over on hard working drivers.There are plenty of other expenses when starting a business than having to continue dumping money into fixing a truck they said "its road ready and ready to make money". I guess I should have asked make money for who..This company should not be allowed to do business ever again.And sense they have not responded by email or even called me they knew exactly what was wrong with the truck ,exactly what they were doing and have zero intentions of making this deal r

I've now purchased 2 trucks from Brandon, and I would absolutely purchase more. However, I'm dealing with a terminal illness and won't be able to purchase any more trucks from STS.Brandon has made sure he didn't sell me junk both times. He stands behind his trucks and is a man of his word. He's just a good man overall.He has gone above and beyond on this last deal I made, and my family will forever be grateful!PLEASE, do yourselves a favor and purchase a truck from them. This place was great. Their mobile mechanic (Frank) was on-site in no time. He diagnosed the problem and had me back on the road in record time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He busted his tail and got the work done. The service advisor (Kim) was also over the top. She was amicable and knew her stuff. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Rick was amazing. Very helpful and goes out his way to assist. He helped us purchase our first truck and guided us through a lot of the processes involved.. even weeks after selling us the truck we were able to reach out and get advice from him about the industry which he didn’t have to do.. very nice guy!!

Amazing company, great salesman!! The entire crew absolutely cares for your needs and wants for any truck you desire that’s in your price range.They do not just rush you away after the sale is done , I personally love that the most . Any issues you find on your equipment after you leave the lot they will fix it at their dollar . But usually they will make sure everything is in top notch shape before you leave .
