“Huge shout out to Ali, such a friendly and helpful man who went above and beyond for me today. I didn’t realize the store closed at 3pm and arrived close to 4pm. I was carrying very heavy packages and when I went to open the door I realized it was locked. I went walking back to my car and he ran outside to get my attention. Despite them being closed and him having other matters to attend to he happily with a smile told me he’d be more than happy to help me. Such a friendly and kind man. This is the only UPS store I’ll be going to moving forward. UPS is extremely lucky to have you Ali. Thanks again for helping me today. It meant a lot. - Steven”

“Great experience. This was my first time to purchase containers. Cal was easy to work with and had the best price in town. The delivery had to be changed a few times on my end, which was no problem for Jennifer and CSR team. We scheduled a 2pm delivery at our new facility and Frank showed up exactly at 2pm. He put these exactly where I needed them with ease and was on his way in 15 minutes. Great service all the way around. I highly recommend EMS.”

“Many times, I have used this store for various reasons, but recently, I went there to return my Amazon order. I made it clear to the clerk that I purchased 5 items, and I am returning 4 for a refund . And he made out the return label for only 3. Long story short, my return items all made it to Amazon except one. I had to pay for this item that somehow got lost in the shuffle , it isn't about the money, but the principle . Other than that, the staff is incredible, working hard to assist everyone as quickly as possible, Good work, guys , but pay closer when someone explains a situation.”

“The caucasian woman with short hair helped me find 2 boxes to put together to fit 2 scooters I needed to return. She put them together and packed them for me. She seemed to know everything about the place and could answer any questions I had. Both women were nice. Great experience”

“Hiram one of the warehouse drivers. He has been nothing but patient and respectful every time he works with me. He makes getting loaded so easy. Also, there’s another driver named Joe. He’s one of the coolest guys on the dock. When you see him, you will know that’s him. But overall, I have not had any bad experiences with Saint George Underwood. The only time that a lot of drivers feel there is an issue is when the forklift driver is working with some other driver, other than them. To close it out I can’t say also that the experience on the dock is awesome. And they also have a female forklift driver that is just as good as the guys if not better. Big Ups to Mayra ! There is no discriminate around here.”
