“If you’re coming to RENEW your passport you don’t have to wait in line near the mailboxes vestibule. Go into the little USPS store itself and just tell them you want to RENEW. Have all paperwork printed and already filled out, with the passport photos. Then just pay and leave. I was in there less than ten minutes. I saved myself probably 1.5-2 hours time if you are coming here to do a passport RENEWAL now you KNOW.”

“How can I update this to 6 stars? Every single time I walk into this place I’m treated with the highest quality of customer service and smiley faces all around. As customers, we don’t ask for much, just good customer service! First USPS to ever have a good experience at. That’s why it’s my location of choice.”

“Site should be on historical register.
Sister site (Old Goose Creek Post Office) is. Almost 100 years old.
Old & original architecture is not common in Houston area.”

“I've noticed a huge shift in positive attitude of employees since April 2023. Nothing but great service ,and the results are welcomed. Instead of a new employee every month we have mail workers that want to stay. This is a blessing and should be rewarded with a 5☆ review Instead of 1.”

“The staff at this location are so helpful and friendly and actually know what they are doing and talking about, unlike the deer park USPS. I had so much trouble with a package at the Deer Park location which caused me to miss my intended delivery( possibly ruined my whole package) so I left and went to this La Porte USPS instead and was treated much better. The staff here are polite and smart and you won't get the same treatment at the Deer Park USPS. Avoid that place as much as possible and come here instead.”

“I had a lot of mail from the tenant before me. I am not one to look Into or take what is not mine. The postal worker was very kind and patient with us. Now I know better...from now on I will return any mail that is not mine the day after.”
