“I have the $100 a month for 5 lines, unlimited talk and text. I've kept the same phone number since I was 16 I am currently 25 I have obviously upgraded phones since then but I do not like how i have to pay an extra 200 dollars alont with the price of activation and new phone just to keep the same number when getting a new phone. Also, over the years, the service has just gotten worse and worse. Almost every phone I get ends up lagging and slow. It freezes on home screen even with having a lot of space left and no app running. I'd hate to switch phone providers. Boost pick up your game!. I have a 5G phone and it runs like 2G.”

“Super helpful staff and really great customer service all around at this store. I have a RARE phone as it turns out and it's almost impossible to find a case for it. I ordered several online but when I needed one in a pinch cause my other one broke this Cricket staff helped me find what I needed even though I'm not a cricket customer. Honestly better customer service than the folks at my home Metro store. Way to go thanks so much for the attention today and also for the great rugged case.”
