*been coming here for 6 years*, this year got charged 10% to file my taxes.. referred family and friends.. not coming here again and not referring anyone to come to this place.. just sucks they went too high in prices. Two family members were charged a fee of $500 the same year and were told this was because the staff were undercharging and that they were all let go because of this in the middle of tax season

Came here to file my taxes for the first time.
Let me start by saying that I actually had a great experience ONCE I was sitting down filing my taxes.
Everything leading up to it made me very uncomfortable and worried that I had chosen the wrong place.
Few others and I, were waiting outside while the office went on lunch. I did not mind waiting what so ever, I know it’s a busy time and I understand. However, the front desk lady was being extremely rude from the moment I was waiting outside to the moment I was checking in. She kept saying she wasn’t “dealing with this ****” and when she was taking copies of my documents she hit her vape in front of me, which I found unprofessional.

Erika at the Dayton office was awesome!! The refund she got for us was really unbelievable........all the past years of small refunds and I wonder how much $$$$ we've lost out on!!!! Thanks again Erika, we'll see you next year!!!!

This was my first year going here and I did everything with Mel and she was cool and professional and very helpful with me. I'm glad she was the one who helped me with everything.The receptionist made it seem like I was trying to get away with paying but other then that Mel was amazing. Definitely going back next year.
