“Randomly stopped here on New Years Eve to grab a bottle of Ice Wine. They do not sell Ice Wines here. I doubt I will be back. Otherwise they had a large well stocked selection and they greeted me and asked if they could help me find something as I was passing in front of the checkout counter. If all you need is a good run-of-the-mill liquor store, this is a good one.”
“This is a great store with a manager who takes care of his customers. I was looking for a specific bourbon and he was able to order it, then call when it was ready for pickup. If he comes by something you like and knows it, he will call you. Very good customer experience.”

“Pasadena, Texas (Fairmont Parkway) This is my Favorite Specs. All of the staff are so nice and accommodating. Especially Haden, he is my favorite! He is so kind, and knowledgeable. I brought my mother in there (she isn't a big drinker.) Haden was so patient, and took all of her (very specific) likes into consideration, and gave her so many recommendations. “It may not look like much from the outside and it’s not that impressive when you first walk in but holy smokes. As a bourbon drinker and whiskey collector I was blown away by what I found inside. I’m from Arlington and have a large Total Whine & More plus a SPECS close to me. I found bottles here that I can’t find at the stores I frequent. This was a great store haul and the next time I’m in town I will be shopping there again. May have to take out a second mortgage (kidding) but will be back.”

“By far the best liquor store I have ever been to. The prices are good and the selection is wonderful. The owner is very polite and friendly. As I read the other reviews here I am d*** struck by the review that Tiffany Ramirez left. She must be sadly mistaken on where she visited. Also, she should be lucky that her sodas were replaced. With any store once you buy it, take it home and open it, the store is no longer required to replace anything. Damn ungrateful people anyways. I go to Cuevas Liquor all of the time. It's the only liquor store I will go to. Some people are just so immature.”
“Zipps has hard to find, allocated bourbon at good prices. Buffalo Trace is usually always in stock at or below MSRP, same for Weller SR. They also have some great store picks like Four Roses small batch select, and 1792 barrel proof. The higher end bottles like Stagg, and Blanton's are marked up.If you like bourbon, I'd highly suggest making a stop at Zipps Liquor.”
