We had a great experience here and would definitely stay again! The hotel is new. Hotel and the staff were very nice. We really liked that the parking is secured with a gate that you need your room key to open. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable, and the mattresses have protective covers.The free breakfast was good with several choices.The lobby and breakfast area is very nice and There is a full bar. Unfortunately they did not have a bar tender yet because it’s new, but they still offered us complimentary beer and wine.Although it’s on the access road it wasn’t noisy because the highway is elevated above and it’s kind of tucked back with not much around it. The only issue was minor, the bathroom floor had some trash they missed underneath the sink. Overall great stay!

We travel with our pet. And we know that hotels that allow pets aren't always the nicest. However this hotel is THE exception to that rule. Our room is extremely clean and smells very fresh. The location is very secure to include a patron only gated parking area for extra security.We truly are very responsible dog owners and our dog is trained and travels very well. We are meticulously tidy and make sure that others don't even know we are here. This is by far the nicest and cleanest pet friendly hotel we have ever stayed at. And we ensured that we helped keep it that way for future guests.Thank you La Quinta Inn for allowing pets to stay overnight. And we highly recommend this location hands down. So much that we've already booked our return trip at this location later this week.Rooms: Extremely clean throughout.Nearby activities: Very close to the freeway. Easy access for convenience.Safety: We feel very safe here. They offer gated secure parking for guests only.Walkability: Not very walkable but that wasn't important to us.Food & drinks: Very clean and sanitary dining and bar areas.

I was renting a room in the early morning at 1:15 am and the room was used or dirty, it had not been cleaned properly.

This location was quiet and safe. I loved the gated parking lot and that I could check in via email so all I had to do when I arrive was pickup my room keys. The staff was friendly and the room and hotel was clean. I also loved that you can checkout via email . Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Staff is decently friendly and helpful. I checked in via email so my keys were ready for me as soon as I arrived. My only complaint with check in was the lack of communication. The closest Wifi tower was down so the hotel had no internet - which I needed for work. The Wifi was down for 24 hours approx. Also, would've liked to know when breakfast hours were (ends promptly at 9am). The water pressure isn't great - apparently it's a known issue at this hotel. You should also bring your own shampoo/conditioner as you may not know what will come out of the ones provided (we believe the shampoo was loaded with conditioner and the conditioner had been refilled with water). The room was clean. I would stay here again if I didnt have to wash my hair.

One of the best La Quinta I stayed in so far. Rooms were clean, bed super comfy, staff that checked us in very nice, polite and informative. I definitely would recommend.Safety: Gated and quiet.Food & drinks: Restaurants and fast food joints about 10 mins out but worth it.

Best value for money in Houston. New rooms and bathrooms. For this reason it is better than many 4 star hotels that are already getting on in years. Class service. Very friendly and helpful reception. What more do you want.Free parking at the house is also possible. Some $250 (or more) hotels in downtown Houston charge an additional $30 to $55 per day in parking fees.Hopefully they maintain the standard by regularly renovating the house. We can definitely recommend the hotel highly. We'd love to come back.Rooms: Very new and clean. Beds were comfortable too. But of course that is also a matter of taste. Refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer and iron are available. Everything fine.

The power went out for about 30 minutes but was restored.Great breakfast selection.Friendly staff.VERY CLEAN.Comfortable beds.This place never disappoints.Rooms: Very clean rooms.
