I was assaulted in their bathroom. I went to the security guard and he threatened to call the cops on me because I was using bad language. I contacted the sheriffs department which are just as useless to no avail. Went back to get the name of the security company and the guard started to threaten me. The clerks did nothing bu laugh and mock me. Ohh poor baby got shoved against the wall. You no bleed. You no injured quit crying. Is what I was told. I will never go to any of there stores again.

This place is located right off of I10. I stopped here on a work trip with some friends. The restaurant wasn't too fancy looking but it had great reviews. The place is the home of the biggest burger I've ever ordered and eaten. This was even after I asked for 3 topping to be removed. This mountain of a burger was called the Alamo Burger. Would I get it again, absolutely! The uniquely shaped fries were an excellent side for this monster burger. The staff were great and friendly, so I would definitely come back.

There's no signs in the store or outside telling you it's paid parking. There's a security guard in a vehicle on the lot that don't tell you. Then they want to wake you up & boot you or something if you don't go inside the store & ask to pay? That's not legal & I won't be back

It's a great place to get good food. The staff are very friendly and willing to answer any questions. And it's right off I10 east for 3 of use it was only $58. We are big guys and had a togo box

I love the concept of Texas-sized burgers and the large variety of substitutions available. I can say the owner is a real burger king when it comes to creativity and the burgers are definitely picture worthy. Prices were reasonable based on the portion sizes and the menu is full of savory items but unfortunately the burgers lacked flavor and was a big disappointment.Upon my second visit, the service I received was subpar. Staff were lounging around, inattentive and had no sense of urgency. Everything including my drink tasted completed different than the first visit. The waiter wasn't very knowledgeable of the menu and my cocktail and entrée were sent back because they were wrong. I'm not a fan of their location - sharing the same building with a gas station. It's an ick for me and seems a bit uncleanly, even the parking lot is a bit shady. In my opinion, this business would thrive if they had their own brick and mortar opposed to a gas station. It's a no for me at this time but I want so badly to like this place. I'd like to give them another try in the future.

Free parking on like those pipe smokers across the interstate. Showers are $15 food cheap and hot store is clean parking lot clean customer service decent. Shower rooms are hot with no ventilation tho.

Diesel price shows 3.29 from the road. Pull in to find out it’s actually 3.49 at the pump smh pumped in 280$

Truck driver fill up the truck over a hundred gallons of diesel I go with my wife to take a shower ask for extra $15 for the second person is the first truck stop in my life ask for extra money I told him we can share the shower no is not possible in the big truck stops like ta flying j Love's with 50 gallons of diesel you can get a tem shower for free

I personally do not recommend but I can see the appeal though. Huge portions and comfort food with modest prices. It's located in a gas station/truck stop so I think that sort of crowd fits what their doing but the food taste and quality IMO was missing. We tried the chips and queso, chili, tornado fries and loaded baked potato. The queso was fine, just bland. I enjoyed the tortilla chips but overall just ok. Chili was very greasy with hunks of ground beef. I was told, "my cook makes the best chili hands down", sale tactic I know but he in fact does not. Gave me a stomach ache because it was so greasy. Tornado fries might have been the best thing we ate but those were chunks of twisted potatoes lightly fried with the bland queso and their chili. Like I mentioned best item we ate but still meh. And the loaded baked potato comes with your choice of meat, ground beef was chosen and again it was ok. This place does have a specific crowd that will enjoy it, we're just not in that crowd.

I usually stop here in evening on way to work, but it seems like service got bad especially in the evenings, will be looking for new store on way in to work
