Horrible experience. I ordered these flowers to be delivered to a family member for their birthday. I never received delivery confirmation that it was delivered. I had to call to confirm delivery. Below is what I ordered vs what was delivered. So disappointing. I never received a phone call regarding a substitution and no attempt to rectify the matter was ever made. Definitely not worth $125. Don’t waste your money.

Channelview Flower Basket, what can I say?!You took on the brief and absolutely hit that ball right out of the park!! Really stunning arrangement and myself and recipient could see the care and attention to detail involved. Really great customer service too. I don't often leave reviews but I am so impressed with this arrangement that I had to make the effort to add a photo and rating. This isn't just a flower arrangement, this is art! :)My thanks to you all the way from London, England!

These delivered to my office before 10 am this morning and 2 of the flowers are already dead and my co-worker had to receive them for me. Had I’d been in the office, I would’ve returned them. My Dear husband did his job. So I ask why didn’t Channelview Flower Basket not do their job? I do not recommend their business. Shame on you and your business!!

I ordered late for a funeral; this florist delivered a gorgeous spray at a reasonable price, even making some changes/substitutions I requested. They had trouble making the delivery because the church wasn’t open, but delivered it a 2nd or 3rd time. It was beautiful and I was so proud and thankful.

I was disappointed with the floral arrangement that I ordered for my wife last week and was delivered today (3-24-22) I got her the 90.00 plus arrangement and she got the 49.00 arrangement instead. When I called to addressed the issue I was not taken seriously and they didn't care.

Mother seemed to like the flowers and delivery service was quick right after purchase. Delivery was about 30 min after purchase. I appreciate y'all.
