Absolutely terrible experience went in to get the boys hair trimmed ...They butchered both boys haircutsDon't know English or don't care the worst place on the planet could have done this myself

I used to go here to get my haircuts when I was younger since it was close to where I lived, and it was alright aside from my hair looking different than what I wanted but since it grew out well I had no real issue. I moved last year and only went here because my friend is getting married and was getting her hair styled, so I decided to get a haircut. When I told the stylist what kind of haircut I wanted she made a face and was saying weird stuff about the style I chose, but it was whatever, I didn't care since I was used to it at this point. That was until my friend told me that the lady who did my hair started talking badly about me after I was done and said the hair style I wanted didn't fit me. Like thanks for wasting my time with the awful customer service, and not being able to do a simple pixie cut.Service: Hairstyling

Walked in to get an appointment with a certain girl who only works on weekends they made it so difficult for me the guy didn’t care too much. He said they will try to contact me and he couldn’t give me an answer. Basically you have to keep going and see if the person works or not that day. No type of professionalism and bad customer service.

I love the service I was provided. I did color and cut with a blowout and I loved the outcome of it all and I was also comfortable with the cost. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great hair cut and color.

Just called to see if they had an appointment or any availability and the guy who answered the phone said "no it's fine thank you" and then hung up.... if they can understand me wanting to make an appointment definitely not going to trust them cutting my hair...
