These days, it's hard to leave such a valuable item somewhere for repair, hoping it's in the best and safest hands. To completely trust you're being taken care of as if you're the owners of the company himself. 5 stars isn't enough to express how appreciative I am for the care, service, and amazing work they've done to keeping my new truck looking new after damage from a recent storm. Nobody wants to have their cars messed up, but the inevitable sometimes occurs, and then the process of repairs has to begin, and the main concern is that the car is fixed right! Quality always matters, and Bates has always made sure that our "mishaps" didn't turn into a greater trial. Their expertise in the industry is superior, their dedication to customer service unmatched. We have always appreciated the professionalism and commitment they demonstrate in getting us back on the road again!

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES FOR REPAIR HERE. THEY WILL DENY REPAIRS SAVE THE INSURANCE MONEY AND TURN THEIR BACK ON THE COMMUNITY.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I brought my Ram pickup here, it was rear ended with minor damage to the rear end. My truck was finished 2 weeks after the date they gave me(no big deal). So I show up to get my truck and they tell me that they can't release it because the final supplement hasn't been paid, OK. They have recieved 90% of the amount due from the insurance company with multiple supplements. So I wait for over a week while they hold my truck hostage saying they need a confirmation of paint from the insurance company. They tell me they can't get ahold of anyone after multiple days of trying. Well when I try and get ahold of them it's no problem. So the insurance company sends the requested forms and proof of payment. I show up AGAIN to pick up my truck and they tell me I have to pay the balance due even though they recieved the proof of payment they requested. I go take a look at the truck which is sitting out front, I paid an additional $150 for a dental which is a poor job at best, no attention to detail, smears all over the truck, the windows, the interior looks like it hasn't been touched. There is two NEW chips in both drivers side doors that weren't there when I dropped the truck off mind you it is practically a new truck in immaculate condition. The manager says he can fix it in a day maybe we'll I don't want my truck being there for another second so I am forced to pay out of pocket to get my truck. My auxiliary fuel tank in the bed is missing a cap somehow and was left out in the rain so there is rust all inside the fuel tank. Several other minor things but the point of it all is these people have no attention to detail, no pride in their work and they do not care about anything other than money. Stay fr away I will make it a point to tell everyone I come across to NEVER use this place they are awful

I would NEVER recommend this collision place to anyone, not even my worst enemy! Not only was the service terrible but the actual body work done was inadequate and WAY below sub-par work! DO NOT waste your time. I was even blocked from calling the line after receiving my car back. Ghetto and unprofessional! Just go somewhere else!

First time needing this type of repair. Was expecting complications. But to my surprise there were none. Every thing was taken care of and my car looks great. The repair made my car look new with no driveability issues. Also no disruption to my daily schedule. Highly recommend. The best part was the Staff, all were friendly and easy to talk with. Over all, no stress and no hassle and a great repair.
