Had a good experience with this business on my vehicle the first 6 months so decided to take my brothers car and get a system installed with a pioneer touch screen radio and the same system I got (Memphis 300/4, Rockford 10 in Sub with box, and JL Audio c1-650 door speakers x4). About 4 months or so later my brother started having problems with his screen so he took it back and they charged him 75-80$ to fix it. Now about a year and a half later I have my same system and I’m having problems with my amp overheating and 1 out the 4 door speakers playing when my car is on for more than 5 minutes. All 4 door speakers work when I first turn the car on but when a couple minutes go by 3 of the 4 speakers cut out and it only plays from one.If you’re looking to get a system installed I recommend you go somewhere else where they show you what’s gonna be installed in your vehicle and they do the installation in front of you.

Edit #2: I was just blocked on their Facebook page for leaving a negative review ??? how sensitive ??Edit: you are 100% correct, I assumed the signature was just some part of the normal transaction, ill accept that. But I hope more people realize, there are better options out there for audio installers who have a better moral compass than yall do when it comes to such trivial things like this.Came in on 5/16 bought some speakers with cash, got home realized that the truck already had brand new speakers in it and realized I only needed a wiring harness. On 5/17 I went back and was going to return the speakers and buy the correct wiring harness. Now mind you, I never opened the boxes at all, was even still in the same exact plastic that was shipped to them in. When I tried returning them they wouldn't give me my money back, said all they could do was store credit.....well I didn't need anything else but a wiring harness and i just wanted my money back. The refused to give me my money back on an item I bought the previous day IN CASH, WITH RECEIPT. Wouldn't use them again, found out the same speakers they charged me $180 for I could have gotten online for $150 and free shipping, and I could have returned them for a full refund if need be. I've bought several thing from them over the years, never spent a ton of money there, but definitely won't be returning there now after that experience.

Came in, but the gentleman at the counter was too preoccupied with phone calls and other people standing around talking..I couldn't find any 8 inch midrange speakers..

Awful experience!! Had my own equipment to be installed(brand new in box) installers didn’t know how to pair 2 speaker to 2ohm and manager argued with me as if she installed it. Poor customer service. Had to go home and do it myself after I paid them.please do not go to this place at all, trust me u will be very very disappointed. These shop really sucks. worst experience ever getting stereo equipment install. installer didn't know what the heck he was doing, I would have came out better letting a monkey do it. a simple task as pairing 2speakers to 2ohm they had no idea. had to come home and do it myself took 15mins(took cigarette break) would recommend this shop to no one. NO ONE!! customer service sucked!!

IF I COULD PUT NEGATIVE STARS IT WOULD BE FIVE STARS NEGATIVE. DO NOT SPEND UR HARD EARNED MONEY OR ANY MONEY HERE THEY LIE ABOUT PRICES AND DAMAGE NEW STUFF AND VEHICLES.THEY TOLD ME ONE PRICE AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE AND IT WAS WAY MORE ON MONEY AND TIME THAN I WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD. THEY TRY TO SELL U MORE THAN WAT U WANT OR NEED. I PAID FOR A SYSTEM AND HE DIDNT INSTALL THE BASS KNOB AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME EXTRA TO PUT ONE IN AFTERWARDS WEN IT SHOULD HAV BEEN INSTALLED AND OR DISCUSS BEFOREHAND NOT AFTERWARDS WEN HE TRIED TO UPSELL ME ON DOOR SPEAKERS AND HIGHS I DIDNT NEED AT ALL IN THE FIRST PLACE WEN SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED THEY EVEN CUT MY EXPENSIVE WEATHER TECH FLOOR MATS AFTER HE TOLD ME THEY WOULDNT HAV TO. THEY DONT KNO HOW TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS VEHICLES BECAUSE THEY DAMAGED MY BRAND NEW TRUCK IN THE FRONT AND CLAIMED IT DIDNT HAPPEN THERE WEN ITS A BRAND NEW TRUCK AND THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I EVER LEFT IT UNATTENDED WITH ANYONE ELSE DRIVING IT EVEN THO I COULD PROVE IT AND EVEN SHOWED THEM WHERE AND HOW THEY SAID NO CAMERAS TO PROVE ITBOTTOM LINE THEY LIE AND GAFFLE PEOPLE

Drove an hour to pick up an item they said they set aside for me and when I got there they said they already sold it (because it was set aside by another employee and sold) so no one communicates to each other there.

Replaced head unit, and added Amp, subs and door speaks. Called me to come get it, on the drive home only thing that "worked" was the head unit and subs. Took it back the next day for them to correct it, Spent over 7 hours there, now steering wheel controls don't work. A disgruntled worker complained the entire time about how he only make $11/hr and didn't want to be doing it. Super distorted. Disappointing, won't EVER be coming back here.

They have everything for customizing your car or truck inside and out. Great prices and fast service. Had a new stereo put in my truck in and out of there in less than an hour.
