I'm writing this review because this is the 4th vechile I'm getting from this dealership. Mina the owner is a cool guy and have gotten really good cars from them. I feel people atr throwing the blame on others without knowing how to be a educated buyer. I check the vechile in and out before buying and list issues on the paperwork to be fixed if needed. Now again it's a used vechile expect some things to go out without notice due to its age and be prepared. Now I have seen him help people when something big goes like the engine or transmission. But to say he Maliciously sells vechiles knowing there bad really. I'm sure It's going to be said I'm a worker friend etc for them but truly am just a buyer. And I can admit they do move slow on some items as repairs but the end justifies the wait. And before you say there vechiles are over priced do yourself a favor and check kelly blue book it's what I do and check what common issues are known for that vechile. Last time I checked nobody forced me to hand them money or buy any vechile I didn't chose too.

The worst dealer that exists in all of Houston, don't buy a car here, I bought a truck and for two days, oh 3 days, of not having insurance, they took it away and the car was stopped because I was going to fix the steering for a car that I had already paid the same amount for. They did it to me ah they will also plow it to you ah you not to mention that all the cars have thousands of miles anyway my humble opinion is that don't buy here because you will regret it Thank you

They dont even deserve 1 star from me I took my new car in that I only had for 4 days and it started over heating the ac wasnt cold air all like they said so they take it too a mechanic that they said was between dell dale and sheldon well 2 weeks later they didnt get it fixed but they messed it up a whole lot more where I couldn't drive it from their mechanic too a buddy of mine and they said that before I could take it they would have too put they old parts back on it plus I would have too pay my car note and 700 dollars for the mechinic like I told them no I want all my stuff out of it and they wouldn't let me get my own stuff they had too get it all and they didnt get my copy of the contract or paperwork that was in the glove box and my brand new jumper cables were not with my stuff either

Sales rep was very helpful and understanding of my situation. He did his best to get me into a car with the little down payment I had, he worked with me and sole me a good running vehicle even with my bad credit.
