This place is a JOKE. very unprofessional and chaotic. If you want to be made promises multiple times, only to be treated like a liar, this is the place to go! For over a week I had been calling in everyday to make sure my husbands medication (that he NEEDS) would be available before we left on vacation out of the country. I was told several times, “we have it right here! We will hold it for you for when you come to pick it up on the 31st.” I called everyday for a week. Including yesterday to make sure this was still true. I got a confirmation. “Yes it will be here for him!” Then, to my surprise, I call to see if it’s ready and suddenly they don’t have it, and suddenly no one ever said they would hold it for us. (According to Gill) Confused, I asked why I was told they had it for me when they didn’t. Why would I be told that for over a week straight if it wasn’t true? Then, Gill grabbed the phone from the lady I was talking to and very rudely says, “WELL WE CANT JUST MAKE THIS STUFF UP OUT OF MID AIR!” I then tell her to calm down and tell her what I was told by more than one person. She could care less about her attitude or the situation. This is not the only issue I have had with this pharmacy, or with the very unpleasant Gill. But I assure you it will be my last. The way this situation was handled disguised me. I will never do business with these people again. DO NOT DEPEND ON THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR LIFE SAVING MEDICATION. They WILL screw you over. Good luck!

Not understanding how this business is getting good reviews and or recommendations.Today a friend referred me here to get a form notarized ... 1st they refused to print the document using a virus risk as the excuse and referred me to the Chandler library who were quite accommodating with my printing request. Back to Copeland's for they notary and fax... again Totally unhelpful and rude but she did smile. Because the notary LIED we were unable to use any of their "services" went back to library to get more of the document, that the notary said she required! So upset we did not go back instead we went to a very nice lady at City Hall who gladly and efficiently notarized the signature then we had to go to Athens to get it faxed and was happy for the drive so not to do business with Copeland's.FYI YOUR ENTIRE DOCUMENT IS NOT REQUIRED...JUST THE NOTARY PAGE. and please advise your rude notary of this. Thanks

I've found them very professional, friendly, and quick with my refills. Not open on the weekends is a bit of a bust, but I realize they are a small town business.

I would not recommend this pharmacy. Was lied to twice about a script that was over a week late being filled. One person told me the medicine just came in and I waited all day for it to be filled. I called them a little after five and a different lady told me I had no script tready. So I called back and a man answered and he said they only had one of. One of ready. L

A lot has changed in the past year here. Pharmacist Jill is very knowledgeable about her profession and goes out of her way to assist customers. The counter staff always welcomes you with a smile and usually by name, and Amy usually does this by name. Their med prices are on par with the big chain stores, and yes their hours do make it difficult at times and no drive-thru but, in these times a Pharmacy that knows you always beats a big chain store where the Pharmacist doesn't know you. Keep up the great work!

I don’t know how they have such great reviews. I find the employees there to be very rude and they’re expensive. I use them cause they deliver, but honestly... I probably won’t after I just called and reordered a prescription and the lady sounded as if I was inconveniencing her. I’m sorry I need a refill at a place you work? Lol ? I thought small town meant small town hospitality and southern kindness. Guess that doesn’t pertain to them. And I’m a nurse, I know busy…

They are our local pharmacy. They have been so very helpful especially when we have had urgent prescription needs. For some reason, my family doesn’t get sick Mon-Friday 8-5. They have helped with prescriptions for strep throat and other illnesses even on a July 4th.
