I have had difficulty getting my packages. Packages I use my PO box for are always delayed or returned to sender.

Terrible service. Carrier pigeons are better. If you inconvenience them at all they will send your package back.

I hate that at the slightest of big box, or heavier than a piece of paper they want you to come pick it up from them. BUT how can we pick it up when they aren’t open during full business hours? Amongst many other gripes I have with them!
