Taking to long to fix my vehicle I call everyday and it's always a new problem. They say they will call you and never do. I have not been in my own rice in over a month now and it's Thanksgiving and I need my vehicle if they are going to take this long they could provide rental services so your not stranded.

My granddaughter took her truck therecto be aligned. After severalnhours they still hadn't called. She called she and they tried to tell her something else was wrong with her truck. She went over a couple of hours later after being put on hold and picked it up. The truck was still on the rack. So we didn't have a good experience with them. Don't think I would recommend them.

I called them and spoke with David about doing head gaskets on my truck and he said that he would write up a estimate and call me on Monday. I waited until Wednesday still no call so I called them back and they said he wasn't in he went on a wrecker call. So I called back once a week after that and every time he was on the same call in the same town he evidently was avoiding talking to me. I won't ever be doing business with them it was a waiste of my time.

Never, have I ever, been more displeased as a customer. It was 6 phone calls and 5 days before I actually spoke with someone that could give me an update on my vehicle.The owner, David just simply said "oh, you need my number man, she's scatterbrained..."Excuse me?I had left messages with him two days earlier He never returned my call either.And no, that's not my imagination.He ordered the wrong part for my vehicle, three different times!!Left me stranded for three days. When he had more than two weeks to do elementary level work. Charged me $1600 for axle seals. I could have got a whole new front end for that.Options may be limited in this part of the country, but I would avoid Davids auto and diesel. At all costs! He will never touch or even look at anything I own. Ever again.

This place was great. David kept me informed on what was going on with my truck. Unfortunately what was wrong with it was a costly repair but David got the part and fixed it very quickly. He kept the old part to show me what was wrong. We took a test drive when I came to pick it up to make sure all was working again. If you live in the area I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Literally lied to me told me 1 pm get there early they said he is gone now... didn't have the decency to call or even shoot me a message told they will call me back didn't get a call back I don't know why it would take long to vacuum a ac and recharge it...
