Awful customer service. Yelling across the pharmacy at you saying they can’t hear you but refused to come to the window to talk to me and my husband. Refused goodRX. I will not be back ever again. Deserves a 0 star review.

Most of the employees here are good except for one, and this person is so un friendly and rude that I have asked my Dr. to send mine to the online order so I do not have to deal with the rude and un grateful behavior! Update 03/22/2024 still the rudest fight we world give them another chance but never again after being treated like not human and it was there mistake NEVER AGAIN!

So I don't always leave reviews, unless the experiences are really awesome or absolutely terrible. This is a really awesome review.My significant other and I went in to make some purchases using a health savings card. When we got ready to check out, we ran into several issues, but Kristy and Lauren (my apologies if I misspelled their names) did not give up, even after it seemed we would never find a solution to our problem. We all continued working together until we were finally able to resolve the issues.

Rudest Pharmacist I have ever worked with! My son needs an inhaler for breathing. After calling and it saying it was ready I went to pick it up. They blamed the Dr. And Insurance company when it was their mistake and refused to give us his medicine. Decided to go to another pharmacy and we got the medication within an hour. It seems to be an ongoing problem that they refuse to give us medication and say they need pre authorization.
