???A V O I D??? worst experience! Only went there bc it was the closest and couldn't drive vehicle to anywhere else for a second opinion. Overcharged, took longer than expected, no communication, unauthorized repair made, total exceeded quote, surcharge for using a card to pay, AND picked it up and had to jump the truck off.. He says the battery has been dead every time they cranked it. This battery has never had to be jumped in the year and a half we've had the vehicle. So now after over $1k repair, we have to leave the shop and go buy a battery. It was just a poor experience in every way possible. I do not take lightly to leaving a bad review for a business, especially a locally owned one because I know how detrimental it can be to their livelihood, but this really pushed me over the edge and I feel we were done very wrong.

Reasonable pricing aside. My truck has been there 3 weeks coming up. Still in same shape it was towed in. Everytime ive been there always working on someone elses. Dont seem ill be getting the truck back this year..

I am from out of town working in Center. My car had a major oil leak. Allen's looked at it and gave me details of what the problem was and a quote on how much to fix it. It was done within a few days at a very reasonable cost. I am a woman that doesn't know a lot about vehicles so I have been told things before just to get more money out of me. Allen's is honest and explained in detail to where I could understand exactly the problem. I have made many recommendations to his business and if back in Center needing repairs he will definitely be my go to person.
