Staff is very friendly although lately it seems like there is a slacker somewhere in the group. Periodically my packages get " return to sender" " bad address". Yet I receive some of the packages from same vender, same address, same order!???

The kid that was working the front counter was extremely rude and only did the absolute bare minimum that his job requires, God forbid you go above and beyond and actually help someone. went to UPS and got everything done without a hitch

It’s funny when you’re standing right next to your mailbox and I get a notification saying my package was attempted to be delivered but nobody ever showed up wow. Completely worthless

Hated is a strong word but my experiences are so so. The number listed is a USPS customer service number not even this listed location number so if you expect to get ahold of anyone over phone don't expect it. You'll have to walk in personally.

Mailed Holiday Packages from this Office. Before I did so, the Postal Employee advised me that the packages would arrive on or before 12-21-18. One arrived on 12-20-18. I paid a good amount of $ to have these shipped. As of 12-24-18 the packages had not arrived at their Texas destination and the on line tracking tells me they will arrive later than expected, nothing else. Can't get a hold of anyone in the USPS, typical USPS. I will definitely go with another package carrier the next time I have to ship!
