Service was terrible. I wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in or as I shopped. Not because they were busy but because the associates or owner were rude and had no customer service or social skills. Clothes were way overpriced and cheap quality. It was a waste of time. I would stay away from this "business"

Your sales associate, Sarah Cox was AMAZING!!! My daughter and I were at the Celina, Tx for Oktober Festival. We wondered into the Willow House not planning on making a purchase. This beautiful young lady approached us with a HUGE welcoming smile and was able to answer all our questions and immediately picked up on my daughter's style. My daughter walked out of there with a pair of jeans, a black sleeveless turtleneck, a green blouse, a shrug jacket and duster jacket. That young lady was so very helpful. We will be back.

I met Sarah today at Willow House on Celina Square. Not only was she absolutely delightful but she was amazingly helpful! She helped me find the perfect dress to wear to my nephew's summer wedding! I'm 50 and curvy and she was so patient. Absolutely loved her! Ladies, if you need dressy or nice casual clothes, shoes or the cutest jewelry go check out Willow House and ask for her!

This is the cutest boutique. You can find pieces in here that many other stores don't carry. I have always been impressed with the staff.

Sarah was so sweet and welcoming. She helped me find my size - even if it was on the mannequin or at another store. She told me the store is working on getting more sizes such as XS & XL, so I’m excited to continue to come back and look for more. ❤️

I went to Willow House today to look because I have been a couple of times and bought stuff that was really cute. Today I walked in the store wasn’t greeted because the older woman working was doing a return. Once she was finished I was still browsing clothes and she told the lady doing the return all about the sales that were on the clothes, then she turned and saw me and looked at me with such disdain as if I did not belong in her store. So I immediately left because I was so uncomfortable. She was very rude. I probably won’t go back and give her anymore of my business. Just sad because they have really cute stuff. Just suprising how she acted and had christian music on.

Just moved to the area and I absolutely love this boutique! Both times I've gone everyone was helpful, kind and made sure I was being taken care of. I am definitely going to be a frequent shopper here. They also have lots of Celina gear!

BEWARE of this BOOtique! My daughter had purchased a T-shirt for my husband for Father's Day. She purchased it on May 16. Father's Day was June 19. It was too small. I live an hour away but when at my daughters on the 27th, I attempted to exchange the shirt. They did not have any shirts left. I asked if I could have a store credit, the answer was no. They would not allow it because it had been over 30 days and it did not have the tag on it. The clerk gave me the owner, Tonya, phone number. She still refused to work with me in any way. She repeatedly kept saying "this is a boutique and boutique's don't allow returns outside this policy. The receipt has the policy, the policy is posted in the store, etc." That is good to document your policy, however, most ppl don't include receipt with a gift nor does my husband frequent her BOOtique. Discussing with my daughter afterwards, she did not take the tag off...the clerk took the tag off at the time of purchase, because she knew it was a gift. Lesson learned....AVOID this BOOtique!!

My daughter and I just visited the McKinney store this weekend. She found a couple of dresses and another outfit and jewelry. The staff was friendly,’positive and helpful. We enjoyed our shopping experience.

I was in WH with a NP who got an emergency inquiry from a patient. She pulled out her laptop and was sending a prescription to the pharmacy when she was rudely confronted by a Karen staff member who said we could not photograph her store. We explained she was working and she attempted to look at confidential info on the screen. We laid down our purchases and left. Shame on you Karen!

Beautiful clothes and items for Littles. We’ve spent a lot of money here over the years. They have recently been strict about children not touching any of the toys- the majority of which- are at eye level. I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences here where the staff basically said- if your child messes up the arrangement of toys, we have to fix it and we don’t like having to do that. That being said, the last time we were in there was an extremely nice young women who was kind, helpful and accommodating of my young daughter. I sincerely hope this sort of treatment continues instead of the disappointing experiences from before.

Just moved to this perfect little country town ! This place is filled with love , family and tradition and the boutique nailed the vibe ! I have become a consistent boutique shopper and I will be back very soon for date night outfits .
