Please make sure your people are properly trained and keys are properly labeled. We have Several boxes with 1P, 2P, 3P but each of those boxes also have letters like A, B, C X, Y, Z. So if your key only says 1P and No letter to specify which box, how are we supposed to know? If there's 5 rows of boxes then what? We then have to check all 5 boxes to find which key goes to which letter box. This is frustrating & irresponsible smand you're getting people's packages all mixed up to the wrong addresses. Please Retrain your people immediately, I don't care if they been working 1, 2, 3, years, they're messing things up! Retrain them all. I'll fix this review once you fix the mail issues!

People knock that post office all the time but I have called this office twice about something that happened with mail delivery and they have been responsive and friendly each time. The issues with the delivery were somewhat beyond their control but they were empathetic and solved the problem immediately.

I have a package that I ordered - now they're not even delivering to my house. I have to go get it. Seriously - what is the point of the USPS if we have to now pick up our packages?!!?!? Useless...

This is a wonderful post office. I've read the negative reviews and can't imagine they are going to the same place I am. The clerk is always friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I've had packages delivered to the east, west coast and the midwest in record time, even though I'm sending is the least expensive way. I would never pay the rates UPS or FEDEX charges when the postal service is so reasonable and the employees gracious even when dealing with unreasonable patrons.

Recently, our mail went missing, and I filed a claim through the USPS customer service number. The following day, I received a call from my local post office from Crystal, she provided wonderful customer service and went above and beyond. I so appreciated her call.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered Christmas presents for the family and don’t think anything of it because it’s coming through the post office which I trust more than other providers and this coming from someone who is a manager at FedEx. Delivery of packages from Amazon delivered by USPS is horrible. Live in a regular Celina neighborhood with city streets, but unless the box is big enough to fit inside my mailbox, it gets placed on the street curb next to my mailbox. FedEx and UPS and individual Amazon drivers get out and walk it straight to my front door or porch every time without any hang ups. I guess porch pirates don’t even have to get out of their vehicle to grab my stuff…

I would give 0 stars if I could. We have not had mail for 10+ weeks. Every day that we go into the post office they tell us mail service will start the next day. Then once again, back up screaming at them and them giving a different excuse. It is groundhogs day every day with the Celina Post Office. So I have to spend 30 minutes roundtrip to pick up my mail.
