People knock that post office all the time but I have called this office twice about something that happened with mail delivery and they have been responsive and friendly each time. The issues with the delivery were somewhat beyond their control but they were empathetic and solved the problem immediately.

Celina Post office had always been so helpful! Our mail carrier, Scott, is absolutely PHENOMENAL!! The best around. We are so thankful for him!!

Recently, our mail went missing, and I filed a claim through the USPS customer service number. The following day, I received a call from my local post office from Crystal, she provided wonderful customer service and went above and beyond. I so appreciated her call.
