Brought my daughter in for ear piercings. Every staff member was so kind, patient and helpful. They explained to my daughter how to take care of her piercings, answered her questions, and were just so thoughtful and sweet. Wonderful experience all around, thank you !

Drove all the way up here to have my 4 year old daughter turned away for ear piercings! No where on the website does it say she needs to be 6 years old …. The website says minors are welcome with a parent or guardian! Waste of time - post correct info on the website ! Misleading!!!

I was a walk in appointment on a Friday and this was my first piercing. The experience was wonderful- all the ladies were super nice, patient, and answered all of my questions. It really helped put me at ease and feel so comfortable if I have to ask any follow up questions. So glad I decided on this place!Service: Nose piercing

So glad I found this place!!! The girls were so sweet and answered all my questions! Erica went above and beyond even helping fix a dermal that someone else had messed up! I can not recommend these girls enough!!! Will for sure be back, in 4-6 weeks!!! Lol!

I've been here twice now and both times were great experiences! The entire staff is female which is nice for some people to feel more comfortable. Any interaction I've had has been pleasant and helpful. They walk you through the whole process and make you feel so comfortable through the entire appointment. I'm taking my daughter there tomorrow for her second lobe piercing because I know she'll be put at ease and I can trust the care they put into their work.Service: Ear piercing

The place was very clean and staff was super nice. But I made an appointment so I didn’t have to wait very long (picked this location over Frisco for this reason) and still waited about 55 minutes for my turn. This was after I got several emails and texts reminding me to be on time. Other than that, it was a good experience.
