Sheri! THANK YOU for your continued kindness during this trying time for everyone. It seems like things just keep getting more and more expensive but you explained everything to me in such a kind, unbiased way — and I can appreciate that from anyone. Thank you for always being there to answer any of my questions and for being so, so sweet to my son. Sheri has always greeted me with a smile & been willing to go above and beyond, even when my questions seemed silly. I will continue coming back for one reason only & that is Sheri.

We recently moved from Louisiana to Texas. This was a very challenging experience for two older people. This is also our first time storing our belongings. Sheri, the manager at Move It Storage in Celina, Texas, welcomed us with open arms. She made us feel comfortable and gave us a sense of security knowing our things were safe and well guarded. The online prices show 106.00 for the same size unit 10x10 unit but they sent a letter saying my unit going up to 153.00 corporate says they can’t do anything, that doesn’t sound right why I’m paying a higher fee for the same unit best to look for another storage unit. Unfair business pricing.

Sheri was Wonderful. She was just about to leave for lunch but came back in to make sure I was taken care of. She is a joy to work with and wears a great smile. I’ll definitely work with her again For my next move. Hometown people are the best!

We have been renting 2 storage spaces here for 1 year. Last week we had someone break into our storage unit and steal specific things, big and heavy things that you would be able to see perfectly through a camera, worth over $5000. The lock, which was purchased here, was not broken, someone broke in with a KEY or picked a very sophisticated lock. I’m the only one who has the keys to this lock, and they are not lost. We asked management for the camera feed, but they said the cameras were broken. God knows how long they have been broken. Other people have had things stolen here as well, just look at the reviews, even a trailer was stolen here. I am packing up my things and leaving, their security is a joke, they do not care… who knows, this could have been an inside job…. All management said was “sorry”…

Storage units are very clean and spacious. They also have covered parking for trailers and boats. Very good customer service.

Seamless signup and a top notch facility. I’m fact I’ve kept my boat in the covered storage for 3 plus years and sleep great at night knowing that it’s secure and safe especially with an on-site management.
I highly recommend the covered storage.

In advance of our move from VA we arranged for a climate controlled storage unit near our future (under construction) home in Celina, TX. The rental trailer we towed contained all our personnel items we did not trust with the mover. Move It Storage personnel were very helpful and we are very satisfied with the continued use, since we, of course, did not downsize enough with former home contents. The easy access and friendly staff are a plus.

Not able to get their billing correct after the ownership transition. We had to switch back from auto pay to manual pay to closely monitor and correct. Good location. Premises are good.
