Kwik Kar of Celina is a fantastic spot for all your car service needs! Every time I go in for an oil change or inspection, they get me in and out quickly, which is perfect for my busy schedule. The employees are super helpful and genuinely care about the customers—they always go the extra mile, like checking why my washer fluid wasn’t working and fixing it free of charge. It’s little things like that which make a huge difference. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they even remember regulars, which adds a personal touch to each visit. Highly recommend them for fast, reliable, and friendly service!

I used to love this place, in Celina TX, Carter Ranch on Preston Rd.. Almost each time I went there, I brought donuts to the crew. This time went there with a chaotic movement of the RPM needle. They told me that I need motor mounts which I agreed to. After a few hours waiting, they told me that they installed the mounts but because they used non hydraulic mounts, there is a noise I will hear and asked me to come again after they will get the original mounts. I did but the grinding noise was still there and they told me that is my transmission. I have been to three auto body shops and they all proved to me that the Kwik Kar center put broken motor mounts on my car. I have all the parts and a video to prove. Moreover they have damaged some parts on my car and the engine was moving around. They charged me $1004 for a job that they didn’t do and lied to me. I have never encountered such dishonest people. Their manager lied to my face instead of apologizing. I will be sending complaints to the BBB and the Federal Consumer Protection Agency.

I won't go back there! Had oil on my carpet as the guys got in the car! I worked in automotive places, and you're supposed to use paper sheets, so when you get into someone's car , you place a sheet on the floor board so no oils will get on customers' carpet.

They wouldn’t do a State Inspection without a physical copy of insurance. Never heard that rule in last 7 years in Texas. The guy was very unprofessional .

Eddie the manager has been fantastic he helped me with my car the alternator went out my car died in their parking lot I have never been more grateful for someone who's so understanding and helpful making sure that my car is up and running before I leave
