Repair was done and done correctly for less than other shops quoted. However...car was returned in awful interior condition. We brought the car to the shop freshly detailed. We received the car back with trash, waterbottles, mud on the floors, dirt on the floors, doors, and dash. Worst thing was rat droppings throughout the car. How simple would it be to run a vacuum through the car before returning it?I give them three stars because the original mechanical issue was corrected and they were able to correct other issues they encountered along the way. But the lack of respect towards the car and the lack of communication throughout the process isn't deserving of a 5 star review.
