To Manager - Can you please fix the issue on the smell in the store? It smells and wreaks of MOLD. Terrible. This could be a health hazard. Also, the cleanliness needs severe improvement. I’m changing pharmacies until y’all fix this issue.

Well I quit going to Walgreens in Celina because the wait time for someone to answer the phone was always over 30 mins. I switched to CVS Celina and told them why I was switching. They were so good for about 4 months. Now their wait time is over 30 mins. When you leave a message they may call back. They are always out of medications just like Walgreens was. You get people on the phone that can’t answer simple questions. Or the Dr will call in your prescriptions so you call to make sure they will have it ordered the day you are supposed to to pick it up and they tell you that you have to wait until it’s time to fill it to find out if they even have it ordered not. Then they have to order it so your out 2 days to a week. Plus you get people on the phone that don’t understand you or you can’t understand them. It’s ridiculous to have to go through this with your pharmacy every single month. I hate CVS Celina!

CVS Photo printing is very bad. My passport photo taken at this store got rejected twice and their printing machine is often broken.

Doors are locked at 8:30am on a Friday. The lights are on so I know they aren’t having a power outage. Their phone number goes to a dead end. 👎

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst CVS pharmacy ever and CVS pharmacies have a very low bar to began with. They never and I mean never get prescriptions correct.. they can't keep profiles correct... there automated system tells you prescriptions are ready when there not. They confuse old prescriptions from new ones. There hours online are listed for store hours not pharmacies so don't look at that thinking they are opened. They're customer service is absolutely appalling. They are more concerned about there breaks and lunch than correcting am issue with a customer example: your prescription is ready.. show up.. sorry it's now expired (within 3 hrs of getting notice it's ready) we can fill out but we'll have to contact DR. Pull around.. add I did I contacted DR and they said sending ASAP.. walk in they said they couldn't reach DR.. i said I did with no problem and they already sent new one.. the response was OK we're closing for lunch and closed the cage on me while I stood there... what a joke.. and yes I'm a veteran also.. the VA does a better job than this and that's pretty poor since they do nothing!!!!

Several times now we have tried to pickup our prescriptions and their power has been out. The power is working at every other store around the area so it is getting very old. Also, the policy of having to leave a voicemail when calling is very much not consumer friendly. Save your time and go to Walgreens

Called at 11am to check on prescription, was told that it would be ready by 3pm. Pulled up at 3:40, Line was 15 minute wait, was told it wasn’t ready when it was my turn. I’m sure im not the only person this has happened to based on the reviews. Don’t spend your money here. Go to Celina location instead. No wait, immediately ready.

we got really good service, everything amazing. I saw one long haired guy at like 8:30 tonight in cvs and he was such a cutie. Sorry i was scared to compliment him.. 5 stars for service tho

Prescriptions are never ready when they say they are. Automated system makes you sacrifice a kidney to speak with a real person. Inside isn’t clean. Terribly run place.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy you could imagine! If I could give ZERO stars that's just what I would do. You can't even call and talk to anyone in the pharmacy any longer. They have a new system that automatically sends your calls to a voicemail and you have to leave your name and phone number. Don't expect a return call from them anytime soon either. This was a great pharmacy a few years back, but over the last couple years it has become an absolute joke! I'm without a doubt moving my prescriptions to Walgreens if they can ever get them to answer the phone to transfer my scripts. RIDICULOUS!
