Prescriptions are never ready when they say they are. Automated system makes you sacrifice a kidney to speak with a real person. Inside isn’t clean. Terribly run place.

Called at 1130 am , was told my prescription would be ready for pick up in two hours. I arrived three hours later , sat in line for 30 min, only to be told my prescription won’t be ready for pick up until Friday. I’m from Houston and the normal CVS I use is way better than this sorry one.

I use this pharmacy regularly. Staff is always polite, professional, and reasonably prompt. I’m surprised by the large number of poor reviews, which definitely do NOT reflect my experience. I guess being a pharmacist is a thankless job.
