I recently signed a new lease for RV storage space at Lockaway. Besides being the most competively priced option in the area, the facility is incredibly well maintained, and the management staff went well above my expectations for customer service. I have requested a couple of changes for parking location and was immediately accomodated. I don't believe there is a better storage facility in the northern DFW area.

I recently rented a U-Haul from Lockaway Storage in Celina, TX, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Special thanks to Shelton, who assisted me with my rental. Shelton's expertise and helpful attitude made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
Additionally, Tamesha, the manager, was also fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was in order and answered all my questions. It's evident that the team at Lockaway Storage takes pride in providing top-notch customer service.
The facility itself is clean, efficient, and very user-friendly. The convenience of renting a U-Haul from this location cannot be overstated. The vehicles were in excellent condition, and the rental process was streamlined and straightforward. I imagine that their RV and boat storage is very similar in experience!
I highly recommend Lockaway Storage in Celina for anyone in need of a U-Haul rental. The combination of excellent staff, particularly Shelton and Tamesha, and a well-maintained facility makes it a top choice for moving and storage needs.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Lockhaway Storage! The staff there are incredibly nice and go out of their way to help. They were particularly accommodating when we needed to store our boat but couldn’t be there in person for its arrival. Not only did they handle it smoothly, but they also helped us secure a larger storage spot when we realized we needed more space. Their flexibility and willingness to assist is top-notch. An added perk is their on-site U-Haul rentals, which are super convenient. I would definitely recommend Lockhaway Storage to anyone looking for reliable and friendly storage solutions.
